I had a Samsung DVR that needed replaced. I called Soltech for advice and promptly ordered the recommended replacement model. Great Deal, Free two day shipping and I was up and running again.

For a refurbished item

For a refurbished item, it was like brand new at a fraction of the cost. Item came with all the accessories that would normally accompany a brand new item, paperwork, instructions etc.Hooked it up and it works great! Would highly recommend and would do business with again!

Product not only arrived on time

Product not only arrived on time, this company sent me notices about when it would arrive (in other words while I could have followed the tracking number, they were proactive in emailing the information which altered me). This was helpful during this busy season so I could be on the look out lessening the chances that it might get stolen.

Great 1st impressions

Besides being an option that didn't force me to buy from Amazon, this product was shipped quickly, even with free shipping and arrived securely without any damage to the box it was shipped in. I would buy from them in the future.

Recent purchase

I recently purchased a Samsung CCTV package from SOLTECH and through no fault of theirs it was defective. They offered an easy return. I again purchased from them and am waiting arrival.

Samsung referred us to Soltech for a

Samsung referred us to Soltech for a new dvr. Found information on website and placed order. Soltech tracked shipment and sent emai updates which no other company has done. Very impressed. Would do business with Soltech again and will recommend to other.
