This is a scam. There is no way to contact them.

I fell for the "lifetime access" anniversary package.

I tried to slice a 3-min segment of a video and still, after 30-min, is stating "editing your video please wait...".

AND at the top of the page it states "To ensure optimal performance for all, faster downloads are only available on pro plan. Consider upgrading for an enhanced experience." WAIT, I just spent $30 and now you want to nickle and dime me to death.!!

Scam!!! I bought the lifetime pass. It will not work and there is no way to contact them.
This website should be removed as it is nothing but a scam!!!

I paid for fast trimming and downloading high-quality videos and still nothing work, Just a scam, there is even no contact or any support to make a refund or for any help

I almost paid for their 6 month plan, I went ahead and got their 1 month plan for a test, it doesn't work and it still tells me I should upgrade to premium. please do not waste your money getting this. it does not work at all.

Paid $5 and it never ended up working. I'm certain that any positive reviews on this site are made by them. There's just no way. I've been trying to download the same slice of a video for the past 3 days. Nothing works. It's just not happening. They are stealing everyone's $5 for this fake website that doesn't do anything and there's no support option anywhere. Even the blog is fake. Nothing happens when you tap "read more".

I was stupid enough to pay for this trash site. you can find it is scam, because it provides login and register option but absolutely NO option to reset password if you forgot!!

I also got no email after registration. It is one of the most boldest scam to earn money. Surprisingly this comes on top on Youtube search if you search for sites which help in trimming Youtube videos so your confidence increases but ultimately this is one of the biggest trash/scam. STAY AWAY AT ALL COST

Absolute trash waste of space. Paid money, instant regret. Multiple attempts, multiple days in a row, I really tried my hardest to make sure the problem wasn't on my end. Bottom line ends up being: Stay away from this pile of completely unusable scam garbage.

Scam website!!! Purchased the pro plan and after selecting the section of the video to download it gets stuck on editing video for hours!! Still waiting! Dont waste your time!

The app works fairly well. It accomplishes what I need however I need to tweak the seconds here and there. It tends to be a few seconds off.

Dont buy their plans, i subscribed but it's not working and even i cannot find how to cancel subscription.

It does not work. Do not purchase any of the plans, as you will waste your money. I had a 3 hour YouTube video trying to cut down to 1 minute with no results after 10 to 20 minutes of wait.

I then said, let me try using a 1 minute long video instead. After selecting it to extract just 5 seconds, the progress bar only moved to 1% and this cut file was gonna be about 1MB in size. Waited 10 minutes with no results.

I bought the $5 monthly plan to ensure it would work, but the results proved futile. The very website doesn't look safe with no proper way to contact them, etc.
