Excellent service for return transfers from Geneva airport to Flaine. Text message was sent the day before each journey confirming pickup time and driver was in touch via WhatsApp at least 12 hours ahead

Easy to use, good communication.

Good communication from driver regarding pick up times and locations. Pick up on time, good driver, clean comfortable vehicle. Couldn't have been better.

All was easy and going smoothly! We needed to go from Innsbruck to Sölden and back in Feb. We booked online, prepaid the cost and enjoyed the comfortable and reliable service. Highly recommend! Ski lifts knows their job! No troubles, no worries, just the best of what you may expect.

Great service, would definitely use again and I would recommend to anyone.

On the way out the car was too small for the number of passengers and bags. The driver was expecting 3 passengers not four. One of the bags had to go on the room of the car and the rear seat passengers had a very uncomfortable 2hr journey. So I dropped an email to you advising of this problem and asking you to brief your local supplier to ensure we had a big enough vehicle for the return journey. When the pick up was confirmed I asked you to check again as I could see it was the same supplier. Again you confirmed that you had checked with the local supplier. The once again the driver turned up with an inappropriate vehicle for 4 male adults, 4 hold bags and 3 boot bags. We then had to travel to the airport with a large case across the passengers in the rear seats because alternate transport could not be arranged in the time frame needed to make our flight.

Excellent service from start to finish… very chatty drivers and knowledgable or the area, weather forecast etc.

Had a good transfer. Although it took a little bit longer (+ 1,5 hours) to get to my accomodation because they wait for other planes to arrive.

On the way back, nobody picked me up at the scheduled pick-up time of 05:45 AM. After a few phone calls, a taxi finally arrived at 06:30 AM. It was a bit stressful, but because I could easily reach the office and they kept in good contact while arranging a new taxi, I still rate the service 4 stars.

On the transfer out there was poor visibility that meant our plane was delayed and heavy snowfall which made driving conditions very tricky, which our driver managed to navigate very successfully, however the child seat that we had smelt strongly of sick and there was no way to clean it before having to put our child in it.

Sadly on the way back despite booking with a child seat there was no child seat in the vehicle. That is simply unacceptable. The increased risk and lack of appropriate safety seat for them was appalling. The lack of consideration for this needs to be addressed. If someone has requested a baby seat/child seat then there is an absolute need for one. It's not something you can pick and choose whether you add one in.

Driver was helpful and agreable. The drive was smooth and we were perfectly on time on both rides, to the resort and then back to the airport.

Been using this company for years. They are super reliable and all of the drivers are great.
