So easy to book through, great service. Always on time.

Two transfers taken.
Transfer from the airport had difficult timing because of terrible passport queues - but the Ski Lift office were excellent are dealing with it. Minibus was a bit dirty but driver was very friendly.
Transfer back gave me 7.25 pickup when I asked for 7.00, but again, the Ski Lifts office were extremely efficient and helpful. Driver arrived exactly on time and drove really safely in bad snow conditions.
Will certainly use the again.

Disappointing experience. I booked first transfer of the day, at 0830, but did not leave until 11am. The inbound flight for other customers was delayed, so I was delayed with them. Minimal to no communications at to what was happening unless I stood at the transfer desk.

Our driver sent a WhatsApp message with a picture on where we would find him waiting. Super easy booking, super smooth drive. A Perfect start to a great vacation!

Our first driver was great friendly and very courteous helping 5 mature ladies in and out of minibus. Return driver, no smiles, didn’t speak to us at all and nearly crashed into the back of a coach but we did get to airport in good time.

All on time, safe driver

THE REVIEW
They miscommunicated and required me to be at the airport and hour before the agreed time. When I got to the airport they had me running around looking for a driver and a bus that wouldn't come for at least another hour. When I spoke to someone via phone for help he spent most of the call yelling at me rather than trying to help. When eventually the driver arrived it was virtually impossible to find him ,because his sign is so small and he doesn't actively call attention to himself. Others had the same problem.

In the end the incorrect instruction about time was acknowledged, but not apologised for. Also not apologised for was how the telephone person spoke to me. Yelling is not acceptable in any circumstances.

I did not transfer back with this service though I paid for a return. The way I was spoken to was simply unacceptable and I would not travel with them again - ever.

I asked for a partial refund given the mess with the communications and this wasn't even responded too.

Using this service is for you if you want a stressful and rude start to your ski holiday.

Easygoing, maybe not the cheapest, but certainly the most reliable.

The drivers wer very good and helpful. We were picked up and arrived at our destinations on time.

Overall a good experience but a longer wait than expected whilst a delayed flight came in. Not their fault though

We had a terrible experience on our first ride with a rude driver who did not bring us to the correct location and then asked us to exit in an unsafe area. Ski-Lifts apologized, but did not do anything to compensate us for the situation.
We had them booked for our return, and the experience was much better.
