You got me safely to my destination and the mini bus was very smart and clean. Some confusion with the meeting point as the driver turned up with a small phone showing a company name that people didn’t recognise - I did, but only as a result of calling 30 mins prior to ask what I should look out for. Also we sat in van waiting a further 30 mins to leave the airport as waiting for final person to arrive - good for that person, but frustrating for others wanting to leave on time. Otherwise all good.

Great transfer company, we have used them for the last 2 years, just back from Ortisei and service as good and efficient as last year.
Easy to book, reasonably priced.
Prompt, regular tx messages, friendly drivers.

I don't often take the time to leave reviews, but after the experience I had today, it felt completely necessary.

I had the pleasure of speaking with Katya and a colleague regarding an urgent customer query, and I genuinely cannot speak highly enough of the support they provided. Their response was swift and efficient, but what really stood out was the genuine care they showed, not just for resolving the issue, but for our mutual customer.

It's rare to come across that level of attentiveness and professionalism, and it made a real difference to our team at what was a stressful moment.

Katya in particular was absolutely fantastic, and it's clear she is a real asset to the business. The wider team should be equally proud, as this kind of service reflects brilliantly on the company as a whole.

Excellent service, with great communication and arrived on time. Have used for the 2nd year in a row, and intend to continue doing so.

Every part of this service was excellent. Driver on time to the second. Friendly, helpful, attentive to needs in the car i.e. music, temperature. Knowing we were in such safe pair of hands helped us enjoy our trip knowing we weren't worried about anything going wrong. Car was spacious, no issues with luggage.

Driver was great, got in touch the night before and kept us updated regarding his arrival time as he was coming up the mountain. Friendly and polite, clean car.

Communication was excellent via WhatsApp. Timing perfect. Ride ample space for our needs. Emil our driver let us make a couple of stops and was knowledgeable about the area.

Absolutely fantastic service from Ski Lifts. Booking process was very straight forward and the communication was excellent. We had a confirmation email a week before travel and then 24 hours before pick up. The driver then contacted us directly the night before to confirm his name, contact details and pick up time....brilliant service and would definitely recommend. 5 stars
