Excellent communication, flexibility and service. On our return trip we had Raymond who was very polite, got us water on board, offered a comfort break, drove at the right speed, climate checks etc. couldn’t fault the service, will use Ski-Lift next time and would recommend without reservation.

Great service. Easy to set up and responsive.

The driver was on time and courteous but he consistently drove well above the speed limits reaching up to 180kph. He drive very close to cars to get them to move over. He also repeatedly read his clip board ( had it on lap) whilst in the fast lane of the motorway. I would not want to to driven by the same driver again

Would give a 0 if possible as this is the worst travel experience we’ve had.

We paid extra for a private transfer and received the complete opposite. After arriving, we were left waiting for two hours with poor communication and a series of excuses that simply didn’t add up ( stuck in snow) there was literally no snow.

When the driver finally arrived, we were told another group would be joining our “private” transfer that we had specifically paid extra for to avoid. This then increased our travel time as we had to redirect to their hotel first.

THEN The driver made a what seemed an unnecessary stop at his own house, zero explanation as to why? This then added an extra 30–40 minutes onto our travel time!

Instead of addressing our complaint, we were repeatedly dismissed and even accused of lying. I can barely be arsed to write this review let alone argue the case for 3 months, why would we push if we’re lying……….?

Still no compensation, still haven’t admitted they’re wrong, pure ignorance and unprofessionalism.

Highly recommend avoiding this company unless you want to ruin your holiday.

We booked a private transfer from Geneva- alpe huez via Nuco travel.

We were waiting for almost 2 hours for our transfer at Geneva, after multiple calls to the travel agent. We were told the driver was stuck in snow but is 15 minutes away (it wasn’t snowing at the top of the mountain let alone near the airport)

After booking a private transfer we were then told that another party of 2 where joining our now seemingly not so private transfer which naturally we pay extra for.

Not only did we have to detour to drop this other party off, we also took a 30/40 minute total detour to stop at our drivers house… for seemingly no good reason.

We have tried to resolve this with the travel company, but have consistently been called liars. I mean, why would we lie, why would we waste our energy battling this for now almost 3 months, if we are lying?

In short- I’ll walk to the mountains before we use this company again.

We have used this company for many years and they have always been very reliable and punctual

DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY!!! Would give 0 if I could absolute scam took our money when we tried to arrange transfer they said we needed to pay the full amount AGAIN ended up having to pay a different company for a transfer

We booked a private transfer with this company, expecting a service that would be comfortable, timely, and exclusively for the passengers I had booked. Unfortunately, the service we received was materially different from what was promised.

Additional passengers joined the vehicle without our consent, having paid for a private transfer. The vehicle was overcrowded, with our ski equipment occupying the boot and additional luggage placed underfoot and on laps. This created significant discomfort and safety concerns...

The transfer was also hours late... and then stopped off at his home residence on our journey!!! We have provided photos, and GPS screenshots of the route, to which the company has done nothing.

I provided photographic evidence of the vehicle layout and the presence of the additional passengers, as well as a detailed account of the situation. Despite this, the company has dismissed my concerns and even implied that my account was untruthful.

A 15% refund was offered, which does not reflect the disruption, discomfort, or inconvenience caused. As a paying customer, I expect a service to be delivered as booked, and when it is not, full accountability should be taken.

This review is intended to inform future customers and to stress that the company must take responsibility when services are not delivered as contracted, and not make you feel dismissed, despite plain evidence provided...

So, your transfer may be late, not private and include some private stops on the way to your desination! Not to mention the driver being on his phone half of the journey...

Overall, the trip itself was great - the ski lifts were excellent and communication in advance was clear and helpful.

Unfortunately, our transfer to the accommodation wasn’t a positive experience. The driver was quite rude and incorrectly accused us of eating/drinking in the vehicle, which made the journey uncomfortable.

That said, the return transfer was much better and a far more pleasant experience.

Very good experience from start to finish. Easy to book online and make amendments to the booking. Quick responses to emails, nothing was a problem. Very good/clear instructions throughout. Both drivers and staff at airport were friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend. Thank you.

Extremely reliable and friendly service, just perfect for hen you have landed after an early flight and for when you need to catch an early flight home.

Very positive experience with ski lifts. Excellent friendly drivers who helped with bags and finding the entrance to our apartment building! Wouldn’t hesitate to use again.
