Value for money transfers into the Alps from Geneva, both drivers were polite, punctual and helpful with great communication, we will definitely use them again.

Very disappointing experience with Ski-Lifts.

Our return transfer failed completely – late pickup, incorrect vehicle provided, and no second vehicle as promised. Despite multiple calls throughout the day, they were unable to provide a workable solution.

We were eventually offered a very late alternative requiring €800 upfront with only a verbal promise of reimbursement, which was not acceptable. We had no choice but to arrange our own transport and missed our flight.

The company has refused to take responsibility, relying on “weather conditions”, but this does not explain the poor handling, lack of coordination, or failure to provide a reasonable alternative.

Would not rely on this service for important travel connections.

Great service from easy booking to communications leading up to and the day of the transfer. Drivers were friendly and helpful with advice, even included some tour guide moments during the drive. Fully recommend.

All transfers punctual, drivers assisting with luggage and itinerary changes accommodated with little notice.

Don't book with them. Very unprofessional company with bad customer service. It's a proper circus and I will advice against this company to everyone I meet. Thanks for stealing my money. Enjoy.

This was the cheapest transfer company I could find for our transfer from Chambery Airport to Arc 1950. The booking procedure was straightforward and customer services very easy to get hold of and helpful. The vehicles were spotless, modern and comfortable and the drivers friendly. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is that there was some confusion over our pick up time for the return journey between the central office and the cab driver with one saying a 4:30 am pick up and the other a 5:30 am and the cab driver asking our advice on where to pick up, what time and the weather conditions, which as he spoke no English and my French is basic caused some confusion and uncertainty! However, all in all it was an excellent, prompt, reliable service.

Second time using Ski-lifts and again it was a great experience. Great communication from the company and from the driver prior to pick up.

The lift from Salzburg was excellent,very good friendly driver, bit disappointed that it was a coach on the return leg, but again the driver was a nice guy

Transfer a bit late leaving the airport but due to some passengers not turning up so the driver went back to look for them. That was quite reassuring as the meeting point was not obvious. There were other transfer companies and lots of travellers! But the transfer trip was smooth with an excellent well mannered driver
