I found the course very well put together, simple and lots of interaction from the delegates, which helped with the nerves. I also like the demonstration and play with the extinguisher. The location was easy to find with lots of car park space. The instructor was brilliant, related alot of the course to everyday life, so we all to understand.

Really enjoyable course, specially with our NZ trainer. Learnt tons and managed to practice many things, even when we only did 1 day course. Besides the knowledge, I also got to learn about St John's, and its volunteering and accessible First Aid kit that everyone should have at home

I completed the blended paediatric first aid course with sja, it was my first ever first aid course and it was amazing. The course is very thorough in making sure everyone understands everything and has the best chance of passing the course and providing first aid should they need to. My trainer, Carl, was very informative but also kept the day light and conversational which is needed on a full day course! I'm very happy I used sja as my provider :)

I really enjoyed the 2-day course. The trainer was very helpful, giving information in a clear way that was easy to understand, and always explained the reasons behind the procedures. I would highly recommend St John Ambulance (England) training courses to anyone who is a new first aider or looking to refresh their first aid certificate!

I recently completed a St John First Aid course, and it completely changed my perspective on handling emergencies, I would strongly recommend this training to anyone—whether it is required for your job or you simply want to feel safer around your family and community.

A very well organised course.
The method of getting the group doing the research and present to each other on many elements of the course syllabus was a great way to learn, also the daily assessment rather than the last day big exam was a welcome relief.
Thoroughly recommend the course.

I thoroughly enjoyed my first aid training and found the course both informative and engaging. The trainer was professional, knowledgeable and explained everything clearly, making the training easy to understand and enjoyable.

The practical sessions were particularly useful and gave me greater confidence in knowing how to respond appropriately in an emergency. I found the whole experience very worthwhile and would highly recommend this training to anyone looking to develop their first aid skills.

I felt at each stage of the training it was explained beforehand by the instructors what to do and why. Which gives confidence to the people on the course when they need to apply 1st aid in a medical emergency

Excellent course. Really enjoyed it. Very informative with great practical activities. Glad I now have this updated experience of Emergency First Aid at Work under my belt.
