I've been visiting Australia in Sydney and Melbourne monthly since June, and I've had to deal with car rentals. I must admit, the Sixth at Footscray was one of my best rental experiences.

There was a short queue when I arrived at the service lobby area. There were professional staff members answering questions from mostly tourists, who were patient and concise.

It was so busy and the servings came in back-to-back that I think it was difficult for the team to keep a positive attitude while providing delightful service.

I was grateful to be served by a fine gentleman named Mr. SAURABH. He greeted me with a smile and retrieved my booking.

Having explained and encouraged me that the coverage is crucial, I took the insurance. We viewed the car that I had booked.

Mr. SAURABH noticed the luggages we brought along and offered a Forester. He also mentioned that the Forester is newer and could accommodate more people (we have 3 girls with us) .

While I believe he did exactly what he wanted done (standard operating procedure), I cannot imagine myself doing it 10-20 times daily over a few days during this festive season. However, he sounded calm, genuine, and especially patiently answering my many questions.

He explained concisely the link pass surcharges of $3.30 daily and also the fines surcharges if any. After that, I was taken to the car park and another friendly lady wearing a vest helped me inspect the car.
She reminded my kids few times in a fun manner to belt up. She also reminded me to keep to speed limits.

In addition to thanking them for their services over the festive season, I am pleased with the safer and bigger new car I'll be driving over the next seven days.

I had a fantastic experience with all the staff at Sixt Frankston. From the moment I arrived, Emma was incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to find us a suitable car so close to Christmas, her customer service is what made us continue hiring through Sixt. She made the entire process smooth and completely stress free.
The booking process was straightforward, the cars were perfect for our family’s needs, and both pick up and drop offs have been quick and easy. The customer service has been outstanding from start to finish from both Emma and Beth.
I would absolutely use this company again and highly recommend the Frankston location to anyone looking for a great car hire experience.
