Really fantastic team
Really fantastic team at Sixt Footscray. Kat was very helpful, giving me options and explaining the insurance policies. When I returned the car, Teresa was very nice and helpful as well. The vehicle choices are great, and we loved the car we got.

Premium location charge
Reason for no 5 star is the booking price breakdown did Not mention a premium location fee. An additional charge of $111 for pickup at BNE domestic airport was unexpected.

Excellent service competitive prices amd convenience of location was in my car and driving away within 60 seconds of arrival it took me longer to get my license.se details them for the while process
FIA the booking agent excellent customer service very professional and very efficient
The car was brand new and I was able to upgrade at a competitive rate
The car was directly outsode the door no having to walk through to massive carrpark to find the vehicle convenience of location
It took me longer to find my license details then the whole car hire process

The gentleman who assisted me today always has excellent customer service and wonderful manners! Very polite and accommodating to all queries and enquiries I had regarding the rental vehicle. Very friendly EV rental experience
The pickup and drop-off process was a breeze. Staff member, Dhani made it delightful with his friendliness and took time to show me the workings of an EV car which I handled for the first time. Car was exceptionally clean and presented very well.
