Loved it from when I first went in to pick up the keys (the consultant was 10 out of 10) even though it was Monday morning and they had just opened, she (I wish I got her name because she is a great example for the business), was busy with many customers but still took her time to explain to me everything, came outside to explain to me the running of the vehicle. Because of her, 5 well deserved stars ❤️🙏🏻👋

It was so easy to make a reservation online. The pick up process was smooth and everything was explained to me regarding the conditions of renting the car. The vehicle itself was very clean and lovely to drive. The prices were competitive and given the friendly service at both pick up and drop off, I would definitely recommend.

Nice vehicle but I didnt realise VW had opposite blinkers and windscreen wipers, so felt unsafe driving. I will request a different car.

As always I had a great experience at SIXT. I hope they keep provide the best service to each customer. I will rent a car at SIXT again, If I visit Adelaide.

The receptionist was a great service and helpful.

I rented from them because they were the only major rental chain actually within walking distance of the regional city centre I was renting the car from (Albury, NSW), and not located in some industrial estate or at the airport well outside of town. Ultimately, it worked out. It could've been cheaper, especially the excess reduction, but we can't have it all.

The staff were friendly, up front with what I needed to know and answered all my questions.

When they found I'd left something behind in the car, they took the trouble to call me and then drive to the railway station to return the item to me. This meant I could avoid attempting a panicked 40 minute powerwalk on a 40-degree summer's day and risk missing my train. Which was very much appreciated!

Hired from Sixt Blacktown late afternoon on 8th January. In fairness it was a very hot day but the staff seemed a little distracted from the off. We hire cars all over the world, often from Sixt, and have an annual hire car insurance policy which seemed to confuse the agent who we mainly dealt with, Anash. Once we got that straightened out the rest of the paperwork was easy. We were told that the car we were hiring was directly outside the office, but we were given the keys for a different car, which another member of staff then had to go get. This car DN50NI had quite a few areas of damage which we pointed out to the staff. I took photos of the damaged areas and was told that these had also been photographed by Sixt staff, and that when we received the usual pre-rental agreement paperwork that these would be noted. Later we received an email from Sixt with the usual paperwork stating that the car had no existing damages, which is clearly wrong. I have used the contact form on the Sixt au website to point out these errors and have sent some of my photos. Hopefully someone at Sixt will pick this up quickly and get the paperwork sorted out.

The most friendly and helpful car rental team/place on the planet. Could not fault them for customer service and vehicle delivery/availability. Great prices for rentals and a very trustworthy atmosphere which is not always the case with other car rental companies. I highly recommend if you are looking to rent in Melbourne.
