Unfortunately my company use site equip, if I had my way I wouldn’t use them. Every time they are late or the next day with deliveries and pick up. Would definitely not recommend.

Thank you for your review, as this is a cross-hire we can only act upon the instructions of the company that it was booked with.
In this instance the toilet was booked for collection with us for today and it was indeed collected today as per the off hire.
We do everything we can to ensure that every customer has a positive experience with us.

We've used Site-Equip for all our toilets
We've used Site-Equip for all our toilets for several years now. The service has always been good, the toilets themselves very good, the onsite staff excellent, always helpful, cheerful and great to work with. I'd happily recommend the firm to anyone looking to hire toilets and other infrastructure for outdoor events.

We’ve had really poor service on our…
We’ve had really poor service on our site, resulting in an unusable unit. We have asked many times for an extra clean, but get nothing despite being only 4 miles from the depot. The unit now doesn’t even get cleaned once a wk which is not acceptable!

Thank you for your review, we are disappointed you are unhappy with the service, we have been every week to service the toilet, on Monday this week there was a no access and as a goodwill gesture we have arranged to return to the site today, usually this would be chargeable, but are happy to undertake this free of charge. There hasn't been an additional weekly service booked with the main contractor, however we will contact them to arrange this on your behalf.

Having failed to realise that the quotation I received was not the confirmation of the order, I phoned just before 5.00 pm on a Friday afternoon for a Saturday event. No panic, confirmed, paid by card over phone, delivered 10.30 pm by Paddock Wood Depot Manager Peter Lambert, slept well as no concerns about whether we had Toilets for the morning. Many thanks to Charlie (in the Office) and Peter, for sorting out my self induced problem. Very satisfied and next event already confirmed.
