The Good:
1. The kit is good quality.
2. Customer interaction prior to payment is excellent.
The Bad:
1. After payment, response to emails and phone calls is non existent. They suddenly become unavailable!
2. They do not offer any after sales support as stated on their website.

Good communication.
My return was handled by Richard, who was in contact with me each step of my return of a product I ordered by mistake.
Very happy.

I ordered a replacement for my 12 year old OZEO ECOWATT 2 recently and RICHARD in the Customer Services Department phoned me to advise me that a new model the OZEO E ECOWATT DHU RF was available and was a direct replacement with more features such as Humidity Control AND cheaper! Consequently he changed the Order and sent me a refund and dispatched the new model. I have now fitted it and it is excellent! Thank You Richard!

We recently worked with BPC Ventilation to design a full home ventilation system, and the difference has been incredible!

A special thank you to Greig, their CAD designer, who went above and beyond with our building plans. He took the time to understand our home layout, identified problem areas, and created a custom design that fit perfectly with our renovation! Any questions or concerns we had, Greig supported us in every way possible.

Before installing the system, our home suffered from mould and damp, especially in the bedrooms and bathrooms. Since the installation, the air feels fresh, clean and comfortable - no more condensation on the windows!

The whole process was smooth from start to finish and I couldn’t recommend BPC Ventilation and the designer Greig more - professional, knowledgeable and passionate about improving air quality.

Once you pay the service is awful, up until that point it’s great. I had a design completed by BPC I was happy with the design and price. Items were delivered fast, so all seemed good.

We’ve come to install the system and the noise from the vents are terrible. At this point we noticed they sent a model with a much higher airflow.

Living in a 1 bed and being sent a system for a 3/4 bed house I thought it would be an easy fix to just exchange for the correct model, but I was told they didn’t have the model as per our design at the time of the delivery so they just sent the bigger model. When I tried to sort this out as the noise is unacceptable I was told the people on the phone are just sales people and the Tech department that is just one man and he would contact me with a solution.

I’m now in my 3rd week of chasing them. I was first told he would contact me two weeks ago then when I chased again I was told it would be by end of last week. I've chased again this morning with them confirming I would have the solution this afternoon, still nothing.

It seems once they have your money you don’t matter. Just awful after service.

Bought from them in May, they order from other distributors in the UK. Zehender don't deal with them anymore. We had a unit sent to us with the plan. The plan was done wrong and had 2 vents in every room.

We then had all the parts sent separately and when asked for the remaining parts they sent the whole order again and refused to take it back without a £100 delivery charge and 20% restocking fee.

I would avoid them, I am taking legal action and advice against them.. spend your money with trusted distributors not these who will try to charge and make you feel like it's your fault.

seller not competent at all. I sent the data sketch the same day after the conversation ended after more than two weeks I sent another email. Finally I called and he told me that there was nothing. after which he found it. he did not even bother to call back earlier, if they care so much about the sale, I do not recommend. I wanted to order heat recovery for two houses. apparently they do not care about the business or this man. I do not even want to know how quickly they fix the faults

Great sales experience! BPC assisted us with creating a full MVHR system for our restaurant. We were carefully guided in a timely and professional manner at all stages of this job. Scott did a fantastic job, helping us meet & exceed our needs and expectations! Bravo BPC!

Good price, great product and efficient service

Ordered some 100mm pipe insulation, really great product and a decent price. A minor mistake with the order was resolved right away by BCP with no hassle at all. Highly recommended.

Ordered an in stock MVHR unit online from BPC, received a confirmation email and expected delivery date. Pleased with my purchase I booked the contractor to fit the system before Xmas. Two days later it turned out to be out of stock!!!
Spoke to the BPC team, they were great, really helpful and completely owned the problem from start to finish to finish. Facing having to cancel the contractor and pay a day’s wages, send back all the associated equipment at cost to me ( sourced via another supplier) the BPC team sourced me a better unit, honoured the price ( the replacement was more expensive) and shipped it to me within 24hrs.
Would highly recommend this company, great service and great people to do business with, only wish I had bought all the associated equipment from them!!!
