One of the guys was in their work truck and firstly tried to force me out of my lane on a busy roundabout forcing me to move over to avoid a collision so I held down my horn because they were driving dangerously so they pulled up beside me and drove almost into me forcing me to swerve to avoid being hit, nearly caused an accident and forced me off the road, absolutely stupid driving, so dangerous

Intentionally swerved into us while driving,

Near farnham business park he took the wrong lane pushed us out of our lane when we honked at him because he was driving dangerously he swerved into us intentionally almost causing us to go into the hard shoulder

I had a problem with the porter loo and as soon as I brought it to there attention. I am pleased to say it was resolved the next day

Used E- Toilet services for few years now and never had a problem with them. Now they have been taken over by Site Equip, was told we could carry on our hire as we used to every two weeks. they put us on a direct debit and now take out 4 weeks at a time. I havnt had an invoice "7 days before the hire ends, they just took the money out straight away. I have now been waiting over 3 weeks for a call or email back from the accounts team. Also received an email from site equip stating their prices are increasing to £28 per week when the website says £26 and we have always been charged £30per week.

The accounts department are second to none, always efficient, helpful and polite. Any issues are dealt with straight away. So easy to deal with. Thank you.

Also the driver who made the delivery this morning was also helpful and polite.

Well done, Site Equip customer care is a breath of fresh air.

This was an urgent need as the client tested positive for C-19 on Sunday before we were due to start a major upgrade to their windows the next day. Michaela and her team were first class - same-day delivery and collection arranged in time for the client's party.

I found the office team polite and the papework was produced efficently. Our experience was very good – already booked loos for July for another event.

Appalling customer service from the service manager, she thinks it’s appropriate to talk over customers and laugh at them when they are unhappy about something. Our company has now cancelled all contracts with site equip.

Due to the nature of my job I have to hire toilets from these guys several times a week. They provide a very competitive price and efficient service. Everyone is friendly and happy and that is evident in the tone of their voices.

required a Porta loo on site in Chatham Kent with only 48 hours notice Site equipment provided one within the narrow time frame and then collected on time. Not only office kept me updated but also had driver phoning at night to make sure we would be on site.. contact at office was Michaella Smart did a first class job

Fast, next day delivery service of the loo. Can't fault so far (have only had the loo for a couple of days).
