I lost a heart -shaped button of my beloved first Sister Jane dress. I wrote the customer service. They helped immediately - the heart shaped buttons were no longer availabe, but they managed to get me a full set of buttons covered in the same material as the dress, so that I can replace all of them.
Thank you, Kris, for being such a kind and patient person at the customer service!
Made me love Sister Jane as a brand even more!

It all started a few years back when I purchased a long summery gingham dress via ASOS and since then, I have been quite a regular costumer (especially this past year, I have been buying directly from their website). The shipping is SUPER prompt, at least in my case being based in London. Same with returns when things do not fit, and their customer service looks after you very well.

$46 in return fees to send back one blouse that weighs nothing??? Not worth the return fees. The clothing is meh and not worth purchasing if you have anything to return and I did— I found the items I ordered to use sub-par fabrics and styles are not as pictured. I learned the hard way. Hard Pass on this brand

I have shopped with Sister Jane several times now, great quality and gorgeous, whimsical vibes all round!
This is the first time I ran into an issue where I entered my delivery address incorrectly. I was concerned as the item had complementary next day delivery so once the order was placed I had limited time to try and rectify the error. I reached out to their customer experience team and the wonderful Mia was quick to respond and fix the typo for me. The delivery wasn’t delayed and it’s going to the correct address - thank you Mia and Team!

Loved the dress I ordered and the sizing advice was spot on. The shipping was a little slow (not sister Jane’s fault) but the customer team dealt with it so well and so efficiently. Will order from here again.

The BEST customer service I have ever experienced.
I emailed looking for missing button for a dress that I had. I received a response from a gorgeous girl called Mia, who did everything she could to help me.
Not only did they post me one button, but several buttons for the dress.
I was blown away!
Not only are their dresses amazing but their customer service is too!

I bought a fabulous dress, which I always have so many compliments about whenever I wear it, but also had some items to return. My refund was processed really quickly but there was an issue with one item. The team were in regular contact and were really kind and the issue was eventually resolved. I loved how much care they took for customers and for the clothes. Thank you SJ x

I fell in love with a Sister Jane dress I tried on in John Lewis but they didn’t have it in my size. I searched EVERYWHERE for this dress and couldn’t find it so reached out to the customer team and within 12 hours they found me the dress in my size! 10/10 service and I can’t wait to wear my new dress to a family wedding this summer!

I ordered a dress for £89.99. The dress arrived like a crumpled rag, I tried it on but with no zip opening it was literally a small hole in a heap of fabric that you could not even get a sense of where your head was! Needless to say I got a little make-up on the inside of the dress around the opening which I duly got out as it was mineral powder. As it was so poorly fitting I had to return it at my expense (note these are not paid for returns to Sister Jane) without any printable address included or barcodes it’s a right fafe. Sister Jane emailed to say there was make-up, I responded saying if they would be happy to try and remove it that would be great as it was a service they offered. They then said they tried, couldn’t and so I needed to pay another £5.99 for the dress to be posted back to me. All in all, I take full responsibility for the tiny bit of make-up but the dress was poorly designed in the first place and for £89.99 it wasn’t a cheap dress so needed a zip or buttons to allow for your head to go through when there’s that much fabric! To make matters hilarious, the dress was posted back today, clean as a whistle, no make up marks but still creased. Ironically they would be better saying no returns as that’s obviously the case!
Poor experience overall sadly and hoping this review makes someone think twice before buying! If you happy with no returns buy away.

I travel a lot and placed my order while staying in one of the countries. Unfortunately, due to the bureaucratic system there, receiving the delivery turned out to be unexpectedly difficult. I had to leave the country without being able to get my package.
I would like to give special thanks to customer service representative Mia. Thanks to her professionalism and attentive support, the package was successfully returned and redirected to another country. It was eventually delivered safely, and I was very happy with the service.
