Don't order anything from this company. Very bad experience. Received an item that was dirty and creased and crumpled. Indicative of being tried on by numerous customers. Didn't even bother trying it on as it was in such poor condition. Your attempts to blame me for dirtying an item which was sent in such poor condition is really unacceptable and your efforts on this platform to paint yourselves in a good light is misleading in the extreme. I was left with no choice but to pay 5.99 for you to return the dirty, crumpled item as the alternative was that you keep it and undoubtedly try and flog it to some other poor unsuspecting customer. I am still waiting for you to provide me with a photo of the condition you mistakenly believe you shipped the item to me. Thanks for returning the item in (what I didn't think was possible) even worse condition than when I first received it. Avoid this company and their misleading responses to poor reviews.

We’d like to clarify that we follow specific return procedures to ensure fairness and consistency for all our customers. The item was returned with visible marks on the bottom, which it was determined were not present when the item was shipped.
We understand that it some instances, while trying on an item, accidents can happen. For this reason, in line with our policies, we reached out to request your authorisation to attempt to clean the item, with the intention of issuing a refund if the cleaning was successful. We also offered the option of returning the item to you at a cost should you prefer not to proceed with cleaning.
Once authorised, our specialist team made several attempts to remove the marks to help facilitate your refund, as our goal is always to provide a smooth and supportive experience. Unfortunately, the marks could not be fully removed. As a result, we offered to return the item at a cost, which you accepted. Swiftly we returned the item back to you.
We are sorry that in this is instance we were not able to deliver the result you expected and want to reassure you that we remain committed to delivering the best possible experience for our customers.

Although I had an issue with the dress breaking after only one wear, the way the team at Sister Jane dealt with it was excellent.
They have been an absolute delight to work with and I would recommend them to anyone.

I bought two beautiful dresses . When they arrived the material was beautiful but did not suit my shape when I tried it on so sent it back for a refund .
The team were very professional and worked with me as I had made a mistake on the return .

Outstanding support from Sister Jane!
I ordered a Sister Jane dress from Zalando, but Zalando forgot to include the belt and couldn’t help me as the dress was already sold out. In the meantime I reached out to Sister Jane customer service to ask if they might be able to help. To my surprise they sent me a belt they still had in stock, asking only for the shipping costs. They kept me updated throughout in the kindest and most professional way. This was far beyond what I expected and truly the best customer service I have ever experienced. Thank you, Sister Jane!

Wow Factor meets outstanding in a Variety Show of Style
Wow! Not enough superlatives to describe the excellent customer service. Maria was quick to respond to my delivery address error & could not do enough to ensure that the order was prioritised. The correspondence was friendly and personal . Not only are the dresses a stylised feast, the customer service is outstanding. When I am next in London to visit my daughter, a visit to the Townhouse to savour the whole experience is a must!

Fantastic Quality

I am absolutely delighted with the service I received from Sister Jane – it has truly exceeded all my expectations. When the bow to my dress was unfortunately misplaced by the dry cleaner, I thought it would be impossible to replace. Yet, Maria went above and beyond to source a new bow and send it all the way to me in Denmark.
This kind of kindness, care, and dedication is rare, and I am deeply grateful for the way you handled everything. Not only did you solve my problem, but you also made me feel like a truly valued customer.
