Well looked after throughout the sales process
Mike Green, a member of the sales team at Volkswagen Van Centre Cardiff, has been consistently helpful and patient while I went through a long process, over a period of many months, of deciding which vehicle would best suit my current needs. In the end, the Caddy Maxi Life was clearly the best option, once more -- this is my third one! I felt that I was offered a fair part-exchange deal, and it was great that Mike was able to arrange quite rapid delivery because the vehicle was in stock.

Mike was great from start to finish
Mike was great from start to finish. He helped me to make important decisions on which option would suit me best and also the best financial decision for myself too.
Mike couldn't make the handover but passed all relevant information on to his colleague who made the transaction very easy.

Luke an honest salesman, patient and helpful. Luke went out of his way to try and meet our needs. No pressure, chose a used van and drove away 2.5 hours later.
