From the minute you walk in the welcome…
From the minute you walk in the welcome of a warm drink (on a cold day) is offered and a member of staff is fetched for your requirement. Adam was polite, upbeat, professional and understanding. The whole experience was great! Super friendly team! With that in mind it made the whole transition of buying, a breeze. Adam especially even got in touch on his day off! That’s commitment. Each time I call, straight through and called back if not available. A great service.

Outstanding service
Elliot Gould dealt with us, he was particularly helpful and knowledgeable.
We only really went in to look at cars and ended up buying a Polo which we are thrilled with. Elliot could answer all our questions and put us completely at ease.
We were introduced to Harry, the manager. He too was extremely helpful.
We were made to feel nothing was too much trouble and I will happily recommend this garage.

Fabulous service, care and efficiency.
I went in to service my 2022 Passat and came out having bought a brand new one. Justin helped me make the correct choice and was highly professional, efficient and personable at all times. A worry free car purchase
From our initial enquiry to the handover of our new car Phil Parry was a great help. Always ready to listen to our needs and to offer advice where needed. Phil was very honest with facts and figures we didn't feel rushed whilst exploring options or feel pushed into our purchase in any way (which is something I always worry about). Good communication throughout the process through phone calls, e mails or on person. Fantastic explanation of the features of the car during the handover. We have had a few questions since then and Sinclair Newport have been more than happy to help. Overall the worry of buying a new car was taken away through the service making it an enjoyable experience. I would definitely recommend Sinclair Newport and particularly Phil (obviously through our personal experience. The car is also AMAZING 🤩

On the whole we had a really excellent…
On the whole we had a really excellent experience and Matt’s commitment to making sure everything was just right was a pleasure. I would have hoped the dealership could have made the collection experience more special but I guess the refurbishment of the building hindered that. All felt a bit flat.
That said the car is great and we were happy with the price and the overall experience. Thanks again.

Disappointed with brand new car
My brand new car with 6 miles on the clock had a warning light on it .. under investigation there appears to be a leak .. water is getting into the car .., it’s brand new .. hopeless
The garage are trying to fix it .. but it’s brand new it should not have happened in the first place. Very disappointed

Elliott was superb
Elliott was superb, he explained everything i wanted to understand about the car. He also explained everything about the finance. He is always putting on a smile on his face which made me and my wife very comfortable at the VW premise.

Good salesman - not pushy and clearly walked through all of the options. What sold us on the car from Sinclair was the extra warranty - 2 years compared to 3 months from motorpoint
