Sales and service both excellent
Our sales person Rhys was extremely helpful and was able to source a new t-roc which had all the options on my list of wants so I was very happy. There were a couple of aftersale queries which were all sorted easily by Rhys. This is my 3rd car from Sinclair VW Cardiff and next time I want to change my car I'll be back there. Servicing is always excellent and staff helpful. Ewan deserves a special mention for sorting out new tyres of my brand of choice to get my car through it's MOT last November.

Poor experience
I have been a VW Sinclair customer for many years, having bought multiple Golfs. Although this seemed a straightforward purchase, and was given reassurances from the garage, I have had the most horrendous time with VW Finance. I traded in my old Golf to the garage but VW Finance and the garage seemed not to communicate well at all. VW Finance twice attempted to take out the settlement amount from my account (over £10K) for the old car, and continually send letters and emails saying I haven't paid the settlement amount on the old car.
It's made buying a car from Sinclair an awful customer experience, thinking you can leave something simple in another's hands, but having to chase things yourself on behalf of a lack of communication between Sinclair and VW Finance. Be very wary of VW Finance.
