Buying a car was less stressful
Buying a car is stressful. However,
I knew what I wanted and where to go. At Sinclair it was an easy process with excellent communication, good in formation provided and a hassle free experience. The handover was great and effective and completed in less than an hour. Overall a great experience.

The whole experience was very positive
The whole experience was very positive. All the showroom staff that I had contact with were pleasant and professional to deal with. There was no issue in arranging test drives and Robert was knowledgeable and very responsive to my questions. A very smooth and enjoyable purchase. I wouldn't hesitate to go back when the next time comes around.

Very fast purchase and finance
We visited the Swansea dealership on the Friday after an accident while on holiday. They sold me a nearly-new car on a PCP and had everything done ready for me to drive it home to Middlesbrough on the Monday. Excellent service. The car had even been valeted. Only issue was difficulty in completing online information.imagine particularly older customers may have issues.completion of documentation in-store as an option might be a good idea.

5* service from beginning to end
We had excellent service from start to finish, from the moment we entered the showroom we were greeted by the receptionist who was very helpful and pleasant, she greeted us with a lovely smile. We were then looked after by Adam, who was very professional, courteous and friendly. He guided us through the process of buying our car without putting any pressure on us and we really appreciated that. We would definitely recommend this company especially this branch. Superb service
Jane in Service what a lovely Lady ! Very pleasant very professional. Both girls on service desk so polite to customers while I was there. Had issue with EPC light on my used Skoda had for couple weeks they fitted me in via Charles who contacted service on my behalf (Thank you Charles) dropped car off Jane sorted loan vehicle which was fab I got to drive a different Skoda fell in love with these now why I have not had one before but so glad I own one now. Jane was superb sorting everything out so pleasant to deal with workshop sorted sensor issue out and replaced and Jane called me by 3.30pm car was ready. Superb service and the service girls are credit to this dealership ❤️ thanks to all involved. Highly recommended.
