Booked my evoque in for a fault to be rectified. Turned out it was something different but they managed to diagnose and fix it on the same morning. Rhian even got my car valeted inside and out before I returned, great customer service

I recently had my car serviced at Sinclair Newport, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From start to finish, everything was handled professionally and efficiently.
A special thanks to Sean, who organised the whole process seamlessly. He kept me informed at every stage, was easy to contact, and made sure everything was done to a high standard. It's rare to come across someone who genuinely goes the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction – Sean absolutely did that.
The service itself was carried out on time, with clear communication about what was being done and no unexpected surprises. My car feels great to drive again, and it’s reassuring to know it’s been properly looked after.

Brilliant customer service…
So glad that I bought my Land Rover Through the approved used service at JLR Newport. It’s been a real help knowing that I have the warranty and any worries I have had have been swiftly dealt with by Sean and Rhian and the engineers. Communication is great and it’s easy to speak to the team and get updates when work is carried out. Rhian has been an absolute star recently sorting out an issue I have had with my car and I really feel like her and Sean have been working hard to resolve it. Thanks everyone x
