Had a nice experience with simply trip last weekend. A nice vehicle was provided by the team and totally the journey was very nice.

I have booked Tempo Travellers in multiple locations in India & have utilized multiple service providers. I must say, SimplyTrip's approach has been the best with respect to customer service, selecting the right tempo traveller & their entire process.

I didn't have to take any effort after making the booking, which was quite surprising in usual group travel arrangements.

Keep it up & I recommend this service to others.

Went for a 1 day trip to Lonawale with simplytrip. The traveler they provided was really comfortable and spacious. Driver was very well trained and helped us throughout the trip. Service was done as promised. Highly recommended.

We booked 17 seater tempo traveler from ambernath to shirdi and the experience was truly good the driver was friendly and respectful and their bus quality was exceptional thank you simplytrip for make our journey memorable

We booked a 13 seater tempo traveller for our native festival at Satara and the experience was quite good and comfortable. The booking process was smooth and the customer support team was quite exceptional. The driver was professional and supportive throughout our journey. We also received a brand new 2025 vehicle which was promised at a good price as compared to market. Overall a superb experience and looking forward to more trips with them.

⭐ 1 Star – Highly Unprofessional & Misleading Service

Absolutely terrible experience with Simply Trip. This company makes false promises and delivers the complete opposite.

We booked a vehicle for Pune–Mahabaleshwar, but no vehicle was provided as committed. After constant follow-ups, they sent a Tempo Traveller only at 4 PM — ruining our entire day.

The vehicle was in pathetic condition:

* Falsely claimed as a 2024 model (it was clearly 10+ years old)
* No pushback seats as promised
* Dirty and poorly maintained
* Extremely bad suspension — unsafe and uncomfortable

The worst part was their unethical behavior. Even though the agreed terms were 50% advance and balance at the end of the trip, they stopped the vehicle midway and threatened not to continue unless full payment was made immediately.

This company operates through unreliable agents and has zero control over service quality. Customers end up being harassed and forced into unfair situations.

Avoid Simply Trip at all costs. Completely unreliable, misleading, and unprofessional.

Booked for Gurgaon Chandigarh route.
Showed us pictures or Volvo and promised a Volvo in the booking. But gave a broken bus with hardly any space for luggage.
- no curtains
- no bottle/ cup holder
- rude driver named Shailendra . Did not turn on A/c. Misbehaved with passengers.
- driver did not know the road, and took wrong routes.
- driver also was driving very rashly
- filthy bus

Extremely Disappointing Experience – Misleading Service & Poor Professionalism

I cannot recommend this service based on our recent trip from Delhi to Mussoorie. We faced several major issues that ruined the experience:

Vehicle Downgrade: We paid for a premium category Tempo Traveller but were provided with a basic, modified version. It lacked the music system that was a mandatory precondition for our booking.

Hidden Costs: While we were told there would be no charge up to 600km, this was conveniently left out of the confirmation letter, leading to unexpected charges of ₹26/km later.

Unprofessional Staff: Our driver was extremely hot-headed and actually stopped the vehicle mid-trip, refusing to proceed until extra money was paid.

Zero Accountability: After the booking was made, the salesperson stopped answering calls. Despite subsequent promises of a refund for the overcharges and a formal apology, we have received nothing.

Verdict: Save yourself the stress and book elsewhere. The lack of transparency and poor "after-sales" service is unacceptable.

@SimplyTrip 1 star. Paid extra for a new Tempo Traveller, received an old, dirty and broken vehicle instead. Refund was promised but never processed, and customer support has gone silent. Very disappointing experience.

If I had a chance to give negative stars, probably that would be it. We hired Simplytrip for 2 days for our housewarming ceremony in Mumbai and they charged a bomb for it.
1. The Driver (who seemed to be owner too), refused to come to station and put the traveller far away. He categorically asked only 16 people can sit in and one of our guests had to get down
2. To make matters worse, he refused to put the luggage in his traveller and we had to book another 2 vehicles from porter to get the luggage to hotel

3. Before reaching to our hotel, he said he need to fill the diesel (morning 10 AM) and asked us to give him payment, else he will not move. He simply refused to listen and started fighting with us. Only after having an intervention, he dropped us to hotel.

4. The driver and the agency has no communication or any shared responsibilities. It is totally waste of money and face in front of our guests.

Dont even go for them. All they do is take margins in the middle and leave the driver and customer to deal with each other.

Worst company a third party middlemen who charge extra for no reason do no believe them as they only lie and charge extra for same service as given by a local vendor

Worst service and very rude behavior of executives.
I called and confirmed my booking, but after 2 days for the extra money, they cancelled my booking. When I called them for clarity they behave so unprofessional and very rude. Please do not book from them.

I've had the best of travel experience in my so many years of travelling across Maharashtra. They have the best in class vehicles and the service is absolutely top notch. Unbeatable in the entire travel market. Sales executives promise the exact same thing which is delivered at it's very best.

Absolutely amazing vehicle and drivers, very professional service and complete value for money, I have booked bus from them for 3rd time and they always give great service 👍
