I booked an Urbania Maharaja vehicle through their Delhi office, and at the time of booking, I was clearly assured that in case of any cancellation, either a refund would be issued or the advance amount could be adjusted against a future booking.

Unfortunately, due to a family emergency, I had to cancel my trip. I informed them almost a week in advance and sent multiple emails regarding the cancellation and refund request. However, no one from their team has responded till now.

The executive who handled my booking and collected the ₹25,000 advance keeps saying that she will ask the team to respond to my emails, but nothing has happened so far. It has now been almost 20 days since I submitted my cancellation request, and there has been complete silence from their side.

This kind of unprofessional behavior and false commitment is extremely disappointing. Customers should be very careful before trusting the promises made during booking.

I am still waiting for the next 2–3 days for a proper response and resolution. If this issue is not resolved, I will be forced to initiate legal action and also make sure that their misleading practices are exposed across the travel community.

We hired 2 x 25 seater 'Royal' buses which is supposed to be their best for a day picnic One of the buses came in late. Driver kept leiing that he on his way. Owner was non responsive. Even during the drive the driver was most unprofessional and bus quality was poor. I would not recommend.

I had a very disturbing experience with Urban Cruise. The staff/driver behaved extremely rudely with senior citizens in our group. We were made to wait for hours unnecessarily and then suddenly asked to pay extra money that was never discussed earlier.
When we questioned this unfair demand, the situation became frightening. The driver stopped the car in a forest area and refused to move unless extra money was paid. This was highly unprofessional, unethical, and unsafe—especially with senior people on board.
Such behavior is unacceptable for any travel company. It felt like harassment and intimidation. I strongly do not recommend Urban Cruise, particularly for families or senior citizens. Please be very careful before booking with them.
Mr. NIPUN the owner is very rude and ill mannered.

Extremely Unprofessional & Harassing Experience – Please Avoid Urban Cruise
I had one of the worst travel experiences of my life with Urban Cruise. We had booked an Urbania, but Urban Cruise sent a completely different, lower-category vehicle. We were clearly told that no extra charges would be applied due to the downgrade, yet that promise was completely ignored later.
While travelling with my elderly parents, the owner Nipun repeatedly harassed us for extra money, stopping the vehicle multiple times in the middle of the road just to demand more payment. We had to wait for 3 hours on road with kids and old parents. This was extremely stressful, intimidating, and unacceptable — especially with senior citizens on board.
His behaviour was rude, aggressive, and unapologetic. To make matters worse, he passed nasty and inappropriate comments towards us women, which was deeply disturbing and completely unprofessional. No customer — especially women and senior citizens — should ever be treated this way.
What was supposed to be a comfortable family trip turned into an emotionally exhausting and humiliating experience. There was no accountability, no respect, and no customer service.We had to even raise a police complaint which he completely ignored.
⚠️ I strongly urge people to NOT use Urban Cruise, particularly if you are travelling with family, elderly parents, or women. Your safety, dignity, and peace of mind are clearly not their priority.

DO NOT OPT FOR IT. Extremely horrible experience. Worst travel experience of my 32 years of age. we booked it for our Lonavala, Bhimashankar, Imagica & Mumbai Trip from date 21 may to 24 may 25.
1. The vehicle provided was not in a good condition.
2. While returning from Bhimashankar Ghats at night the driver was fully drunk. He had no control over vehicle. We were traveling with our kids so we had to leave the vehicle and we had to travel by roadways with luggage and 2 year old kid in one hand.
3. The driver was a regular drinker. Even after telling him so many times he didn't listened to us. After complaining to URBAN CRUISE regarding replacing the driver or providing other vehicle they told us that what can we do. We cant help you. You have to manage.
4. Due to these idiots we could not enjoy our trip. While visiting Mumbai the driver didn't took us to many places which we wanted.
5. URBAN CRUISE people (Swati, Deepak) are just taking their 20% commission which they ask you when you book it and then you are left with driver or vehicle owner. No support if you face any issue. If you book it from direct person than you will save this 20%.
6. They ask the money in advance on daily basis during your travel so you are left with no choices.

Very bad experience twice. Quotes are too high. While booking they confir.ed everything the car and all...but when we were about to leave for airport we didn't got the car which was booked....we had to adjust n sit n still paid the promised amount. The staff Swatee was much concerned abt the payment rather thn customers comfort....she was least bothered.
