Revised claim
I contacted Simply Health because I hadn't spotted that the scanning system had selected an incorrect claim amount. The person I dealt with was very helpful and did not waste time putting a note on my file - which should lead to the claim being revised to the correct amount. Very efficient and helpful.

Slow review
I put in 2 claims within minutes of each other, one got approved the next day the other one they took 5 days to tell me the receipt isn't clear. Leaves me thinking surely you would look at both claims at the same time. Over a week now and still waiting for approval. Never been this slow on the past.

Each time you submit a claim, it is classed as one piece of work and enters into the queue. Each piece of work is managed independently. The majority of claims go through our automated system, however, on occasions, claims are manually processed which can a little while longer.

Policy worth every penny it costs.
Have been a member since I was 16 in my own right and under my fathers account up to that age and have always been more than happy with the whole process and ease of submitting claims.

After waiting over 10 minutes on the phone I was sent a
link to reset my password which I did and I still couldn't
log in. I explained that I was over 84 and found this difficult.

Plan covers very little
Staff are very helpful but I think the plan itself is poor. I have not claimed in years and now I need to it hardly covers anything at all. Dental charges are expensive but very little is covered, £45 claim is allowed for a check up when you pay well over £100.

Allows me access to speedy health support at a small investment
I’ve been with SimplyHealth for many years and it gives me the financial opportunity to upgrade the type of healthcare I can pay for. Simple things like hospital stays/physio/ophthalmologist/amongst other benefits. Without their help, I couldn’t afford to access all the services I can at an affordable cost. The claim process is quick and simple and refunded payments appear in my bank account extremely quickly. Customer service is exceptional too.

There is always light at the end of the tunnel
Due to circumstances beyond my control, i was unable to login to my account. Frustrated, I called Simply Health and spoke with a customer representative who was a breath of fresh air. He resolved all my issues without hesitation. I am now set up once again, something my late wife dealt with, hence the difficulty with my login. A big thank you.
The service I received was just brilliant, something my late wife used to say.

Barriers to contact
Tried so many times to call about a claim. All you get is a lot of inane noise and never able to speak to anyone. AI assistant on app is utterly awful, of no help whatsoever. Bottom line appears to be if you have a query we'll put barriers in the way of you contacting us.
