I spoke to Ann Taylor who was very helpful and professional in addressing my queries. Ann clearly explained to me how the scheme worked and how to access certain services that are available to me. Couldn’t be worse
Couldn’t be worse. Incompetence beyond belief. No longer able to log into my account. They claim no knowledge of my current claim that was lodged over a month ago. Impossible to contact and speak directly to anyone. Shocking!

Always very helpful
Always very helpful. But for me the plan wasn’t for me . I think personally they should focus on the treatments that benefit you within your policy rather than the ones you don’t use or never will .

Super helpful customer support
I recently had a query re a claim I had made. The young lady I spoke to was polite, listened to my problem and then advised how to resolve it.
So refreshing to actually have someone willing and able to help.
Following her help my payment was approved and paid into my account.

Great company, fast updates, quick payments.
I’ve been with Simply Health along with my partner for a few years and it’s a Value for money policy. Very easy to upload and send claims for various treatments.
Payments are received in 3 days and they also keep me informed at every stage.

Inconsistent
They Paid for one at home test kit then when I bought another based on the fact they had already settled, they refused to pay even though I had plenty of cover left. I emailed several times but just seemed to get automated replies saying you are not covered. I pay extra in each moth for an enhanced policy but I’ll be cancelling. Even if they had admitted they made mistake for the first settlement I may have felt a bit better but they set a president by paying up on one claim but not the other.

Thank you for your review. Here at Simplyhealth we have a dedicated Customer Contact team ready to take any calls. The telephone number is 0370 908 3481 and the lines are open 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday.
All calls are initially answered by our digital call assistant who can respond to many queries. However, it will recognise if a caller needs or requests to speak to an advisor. Once your details are verified, you are transferred to the next available agent.

Was great apart from autuSAM said it would be 1 minute to transfer to an agent. Took a lot longer. After this tho it was all sorted in no time.
