Good Company
They were the only company that still had affordable tickets to the show I wanted to see on the day I could make, when booking just over a week in advance. Good seats, the tickets arrived very quickly in the post, along with a voucher for a wine company (not sure if this is a perk of ShowsinLondon or of the theatre!). I had no problems with this company at all.

The diagram of the theatre was misleading. It did not indicate that the theatre was circular. Had I known, I would not have chosen the seats on the side.

Apart from not getting a confirmation email til after I phoned them up, the service was excellent and website was easy to use with a lot of choice and good deals.

- Theater must be bigger
- more organization is required
- more offers

Pretty impressed
Tickets didn't arrive on time via post. Phoned helpline and staff were great, answered call straightaway (twice), sent duplicate tickets to theatre for me to collect and sent immediate email to confirm. Fab!

I haven't gone to the show I bought tickets for yet-however, the process and site to purchase the tickets was very simple and easy to use. And the prices were awesome! Also got free 2 course dinner with my show ticket purchase! Can't wait to go to dinner and the show!

Very disappointing
I booked to see a show through the website, was then e-mailed to say that I would have to change the date of my booking, which I was happy to do as I was flexible at the time. However I then received an e-mail to say that I would then have to pay an extra fee to get worse seats and an even greater fee to get the seats which I originally paid for as the star of the show (who I assumed would be present on the day that I booked for!!) was going to be in the show. In order to pay the fee I had to call a number, however I was given the incorrect number twice and eventually received a phone call from them to bill me. I was very disappointed with the whole service, despite the person I was in contact with being polite. However the show itself was very enjoyable, but it was quite disappointing to watch whilst knowing I had paid more for worse seating!

I was trying another page and couldn't go through for some technical problem. So I tried instead showsinlondon and it was so fast so easy. Also at the beggining it seamed more expensive, but the others charge extra lately for "administrative" fees or something similar, so finally you expend the same amount

Amazing!!
Had a show booked for a surprise for myself and my mother 10 months in advanced. The day before we were going to go my mum had to have emergency root canal surgery and could not make the date. Not even 24 hours in advance, I called them and explained the situation and they were able to change the dates with the same seats and show. Absolutely amazing and fast service and I am forever grateful.

Best London theatre ticket company!
I love using shows in london.co.uk to buy my London theatre tickets. The website is so easy to use with being able to select seats from the seating plans and tickets are good value compared to many other websites. Great range of shows and theatres to choose from and the tickets arrived promptly after ordering. Would definitely recommend!

Good show but Bad visibility & no ambiance in the public area
I wanted to share with my daughter the experience of the shows in London, which are usually great & amazing. I choose SUNNY AFTERNOON & the KINKS show hoping a good ambiance, singing & dancing with neighbors.
But the location of our seats was very far from the sene (we couldn't see all the show ;(( ) and this was not clearly specify on the map when I booked : really there are 3 types of "balconies / circles" but only 2 visibles on the reservation plan.
The theater was not full and lots of chairs were available. That's why I asked during the entr'acte to the female manager to change my location seat and be placed in stalls where I saw lots of available seats. I understood that the prices are higher but isn't it a dommage to let seats empty ? isn't it a dommage to do not see all the shown due to a bad location ?
She refused and took me back on balcony, without any ambiance and nobody was dancing. I was very disappointed and also sad for my daughter.
PS : I went also to see the MOTOWN show with my daughter the next day : all was great indeed. That was a very different experience, much more positive !!!

We're sorry to hear you were not happy with your seats, I have just checked our website and the seating map seems to be working as it should be with all levels of the theatre visible. Unfortunately swapping seats is not permitted at theaters as it would be unfair for customers who have paid a higher price to be seated closer to the stage. I'm glad to hear you still thought the show was good and also that you had a better experience at Motown the following evening.
