Life saved!
Made a genuine mistake in booking for the same day, different month. Rang immediately and was told usually it's no change or refund policy, but followed their instructions and thankfully managed to get seats for the showing we wanted. I would advise anyone booking to really have the time to make sure all details are correct. Mr last minute hear should listen to his own advice ha.
Show was great, and a lovely evening out 😄

Takes money for nothing
Went through the whole process booking tickets, choosing seats and paying only to receive an email saying what I'd just paid for wasn't available! So why was it shown as available and my money taken? I was left waiting for a refund (5 days) before going elsewhere to purchase tickets.

Unable to book a single ticket
I was sent an email special offer for tickets to Dead Funny. I only wanted one ticket. When I tried to book online I entered "1 ticket" in the relevant box but when I clicked on "Find tickets" it immediately changed back to 2 tickets. I was unable to buy just 1 ticket. I eventually bought through another agency.

Average service
No problems in theory - except our tickets were sent to the wrong address. Luckily the recipient was lovely and friendly and forwarded them on in plenty of time and technically before we realised, but it would have been nice if ShowsinLondon sent them to the right place in the first place!

We did not realize that their service fee was 20 pounds on a 73 pound ticket. On the other hand they were good seats at last minute for a popular play

As a Ticket Agency, the face value is the price that we pay to the venue, and when no offer prices are available we charge a booking fee to cover both our costs of sale and as a charge for the service provided. In this case the booking fee was £18.99 for the ticket.

Totally and utterly AMAZING
We went to see the Lion King and words cannot describe how amazing it was! Joy, laughter and tears were part of it! Fantastic! Mesmerising show!

Booked two lots of tickets separately at the weekend with a week to go to the shows and received them both by Tuesday.

Quick call and tickets ready at box office
In reply to agent asking what could be done better - lady on the phone could have sounded more enthusiastic and less scripted (sounded like she wanted to go home) however she covered everything and very quickly.

Easy to Proceed
Overall is good, and easy to proceed. Only drawback is that when I click available seats , it shows seat no. of 12, but in fact there is no such seat no. shown on the seating floor plan, thus making me very confused.

Easy booking.
I was very impressed by the ease of booking tickets for 'School of Rock' at the New London Theatre. I had investigated several sites all of which charged a large booking fee on top of the ticket price. I booked through this site as there was no booking fee, excellent seats and the tickets arrived though the (free) post a couple of days later.
