Although prompt in sending tickets I was sent a email a few days later to say the tickets I received and paid for had been double booked ?
I was sent more tickets but this isn't good enough really if I didn't check the email and the other tickets got mislaid in the post myself and my husband could have turn't up on the day without a seat for us

Very helpful
I accidentally booked and paid for a show on the wrong date. ShowsinLondon quickly responded to my request to amend the booking to another day and were happy to rebook without any kind of additional admin charge.

Really excellent service in every way. We had some theatre tokens to use and had tried several sites without any luck until this one.
