The duvet that i bought promised to be full, bouncy, and warm, When it arrived it was as flat as my old duvet, there's hardly any filling in it, And it wasnt cheap..its the worst thing I've ever bought on the net..Just don't buy from this company, its a rip off

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I placed an order which was delivered quickly however it was the wrong item so I contacted them to advise and was told it was the same product but a slightly different pattern. It was completely different so I sent screenshots from their website to show they had different names and were different products. They replied to say due to the mistake they will refund me 25%. I said I do not want the item as I don’t like it and why I ordered the item I did and asked how to return as per their 30 day guarantee. Not heard a word back so have put it into dispute with PayPal. Shocking customer service and blatantly lied about the product being the same. Wish I’d read the reviews here before buying. Avoid at all costs.

This company is selling bedding that they say are 600 thread Egyptian Cotton but are a much lower quality. I have contacted my solicitor to see what action I can take. It’s a total disgrace that a company can lie about the quality of their product. I bought a bedding set from a reputable company a 600 thread Egyptian Cotton set that is so much softer to the touch and the quality was so much better.

I placed an order on 11th January and as yet I haven't received the order, nor have I received any other correspondence from the company to say its been delayed, but they payment has left my account. I have sent 2 emails and have had no response. Avoid this company.

I have received a refund from the company, 1 email to say that the item was out of stock, another email to say my order was lost?? Either way I have been refunded, but only because I send numerous emails to them over a fews days to ask about my order.

Bought a double and king size duvet cover. Worst duvet covers ever. Material is like cardboard even after washing, waste of money

This topper is not the same as advertised. It is much thinner poor quality . No reply from my email. Disapointed

Missing item from order multiple emails and calls no response

I bought a new mattress, it wasn’t cheap and it’s a very well known brand, but it was so hard that I was constantly waking up through the night with hip and back pain, I stumbled up on these mattress toppers quite by chance on Facebook, I was quite sceptical at first, what with such a cheap price and I’m not usually one for buying things from advertisements on Facebook, but I read the reviews and thought I’d order one, it took 3 days to come and I put it straight on my bed, it’s thick, warm and so comfortable and seems well made, I’ve had the best nights sleep, it’s so good I’ve now ordered another for my sons bed, would definitely recommend.

Ordered supposedly hotel quality back support pillows 2 x 2 sets, they arrived tried one set that night they are so solid and thick like laying on a brick, very uncomfortable so much so I had a very bad neck the following morning due to the depth and solid mass of them, horrible. I have emailed under their 30 day money back guarantee to return the set unused, still no reply.

I bought a duvet off of them the cover on it was plastic really noisy and uncomfortable maybe they should state the cover is plastic and not material like all other duvets

Seventhstitch only partially completed my Order and have ignored several messages left on voicemail (they never answer the phone) and half a dozen emails.

Ordered a king size mattress protector from Seventh Stitch directly through their website which I received on 14th January 2025.
On opening the package I immediately noticed that the protector was extremely poor quality and quite frankly I expected more from my £23. Inspecting further the stitching was so poor that the side panels were already starting to detach from the top with visible holes.
I emailed Seventh Stitch and waited, and waited more and more. After 3 days I emailed again and this time I received a very polite reply "Send the Picture of Your Parcel".
I replied to this with several images of the issue and received the reply "Dear customer

We would like to sincerely thank you for notifying us about your experience as constructive criticism is what makes us learn our mistakes and focus on fixing them. Please be reassured that we will do everything in our power to make you feel satisfied with this purchase. We apologize for the unfortunate event that we could not satisfy your expectations. We are offering you a 50% refund to compensate for this. As it will save your time and money to send the item back for a full refund"
Looks like this is a trading name for IBRAHIM FABRICS LIMITED run by Sulman KHALID based at the same address.
Manufacturer, Importer and wholesaler of poor quality goods.
I have declined the discount and simply said that I would like a refund and they have replied;

Ive reminded Seventh Stitch of their consumer rights obligations on faulty goods and await a returns shipping label.
My advice, avoid and don't order from them directly, on eBay or Amazon as the quality and customer service is terrible.

I ordered a double duvet set on the 30th december. It’s currently the 23rd of January and I’ve had nothing.
I have emailed with no reply and phoned which has gone to voicemail. I don’t expect I will have a reply from that either.
I don’t think seventh stitch is actually a legitimate company. Please save your money and don’t buy from them

I ordered a super king-size duvet set on December 17, 2024.

Given the timing of my order and the increased demand on couriers during Christmas, I didn’t anticipate the parcel arriving by their stated delivery date of December 19, 2024.

On January 2, 2025, I followed up via email and received a brief and unprofessional one-line response: “I will look into this and get back to you,” without any salutation or signature. Since then, I have heard nothing back.

I sent another email on January 6, 2025, but received no reply.

On January 14, 2025, my phone calls went directly to voicemail.

I have called again and straight to voicemail. It’s a generic “your call can’t be taken, leave a message” response. Again no salutation or identification of who you are calling.

I have received no communication from this company and have not received my order.

After reading other reviews, I suspect that they are highly unprofessional and bordering on criminal. Selling goods without following through with delivery and going incommunicado are not the actions of a reputable organisation.

I regret not checking Trustpilot before making my purchase.

I unmistakably ordered a single instead of a double mattress topper, a min after the order I emailed them to let them know not to send this out, they did send it out so I had to pay for the return of topper. They still have not refunded me or returned my calls which I have left lots of voicemails for them. This is why people go to Amazon!

I bought a duvet set in the Black Friday sale. Great delivery but very poor quality, looks cheap and looks like a potato sack. Emailed twice to return the set with no reply at all from this company.
I do not recommend this company.

Item was faulty and after a couple of emails company refunded straight away
