Can’t get in touch for returns
Bought two sheets via Tesco marketplace and need to return one. Sent 3 emails and tried to call - states number not in service. Will have to do a chargeback I think. So disappointing & waste of time!

I ordered a mattress topper from Snug…
I ordered a mattress topper from Snug City Limited. Delivery was quick, and the product quality is decent. However, the topper didn’t match the advertised description, leaving me disappointed. Customer service was unresponsive after my inquiry. While some aspects are good, it’s not entirely as expected. Mixed feelings, honestly.

Do not buy from this company! Placed a duplicate order by mistake and they have ignored all email and phone contact. Stay clear as you will lose your money!

5* for Snug City as the mattress topper is well made, lovely quality fabric, and feels like sleeping on a cloud. Ordering and delivery was quick and easy. Would not hesitate to use them again.
