Delivered on time. No issues. Parcel left at backdoor.

Still haven't recived out items, can't contact anyone . keeps saying someone will contact us in 2-3 days we have waited over 5 weeks now and still nothing, I wouldn't recommend this site to anyone, we had lots of children wanting for new equipment and now have to find it somewhere else plus still haven't recived out refund.

The order arrived promptly however, two items are incorrect and I’ve been provided with cheaper items than what I ordered. Contact from sensory education is really poor and mostly AI. To return the items I have to pay the returns shipping label for something that isn’t my fault! No option for a refund of the difference between item I paid for and cheaper items I’ve received. One item missing and no refund so far! Really poor service! Would not order again!

I have tried using the customer service form, phoning and emailing…..every answer is just AI and no help what so ever! I just want to talk to someone properly and resolve the issues!

Website was so easy and simple to follow. Ordering is so straight forward had no issues.

Delivered in good time

Some of the items I had ordered were out of stock but I was not made aware of this beforehand. Parcel took a very long time to arrive. There was a rough note inside the box which said refund but haven't received this as of yet

Items weren't available but they never let me know before hand. Just a piece of paper in the box saying they would refund me. Broken items, ruined box. They never replied to any email asking for my refund so I never received any refund for over half the order. So disappointed

I did not receive my complete order.
Have been waiting 2 weeks for them to contact me.
They are useless and don’t contact you back or replace or refund for the missing items.

My order didn’t come and they rejected my refund request and I can’t get hold of them at all! Still don’t have the product or a refund!

Terrible! I ordered an item at the beginning of August. It hasn’t arrived! I have tried to contact the company via telephone, email, voicemail etc, but other than standard auto reply emails saying that someone will get back to me in 3 days (which they never do!), still no response. They’ve taken my money but not sent a product!

I found quite quickly what I was looking for.

Order was easy and delivered without any complication. Very happy with the products, particularly the doughnut. All good for stimulating sensory messages. Will order again without hesitation.

Absolutely ridiculous experience from start to finish.

I returned their parcel and provided proof of postage AND Royal Mail tracking confirming delivery. Despite this, Sensory Education refused to refund me and continued keeping my money.

But it gets even worse.

After I left a negative review describing my genuine experience, they left a negative review on MY business, despite NEVER having been a customer of mine.

When I disputed their review, they supplied Trustpilot with an alleged order number and transaction details that I believe were fabricated. No such transaction took place to my knowledge.

Instead of simply resolving a straightforward refund dispute, I've had to deal with what I consider retaliatory behaviour, disputed claims and threats of legal action.

And apparently, complaints about this business are nothing new.

I subsequently discovered that Sensory Education and Cheap Disability Aids have been the subject of national newspaper investigations.

Daily Mail (2023): Reported on Trading Standards scrutiny following complaints from customers about undelivered goods, difficulties obtaining refunds and alleged threatening correspondence.

The Guardian (2018): Published an article titled Disability aids firm faces string of customer complaints, describing customers struggling to obtain orders, refunds and responses.

Disability charity Scope (2019): Publicly criticised the company's reported treatment of customers, calling for the situation to be investigated.

These are historical reports containing allegations and customer complaints, not proof of wrongdoing in my particular transaction. However, I find it extremely concerning that the difficulties described resemble aspects of my own experience.

I have also noticed changes to their published Trustpilot responses, which raises further concerns for me.

UPDATE: Trustpilot assessed my review following the business's complaint, and I was informed that it was not considered defamatory. Despite this, the business has continued disputing my account and sending what I consider threatening legal correspondence.

I stand by my account.

I strongly encourage anyone considering buying from Sensory Education to read these newspaper articles and independent customer reviews before making a purchase.

I genuinely cannot recommend avoiding this business enough.

AVOID.

Avoid this company! Spent over £150 on two items and didn't receive either. No response to emails.
