Fabulous range of toys for my 3 autistic children ranging from 7 to 22 but I know they'll all have fun at great prices!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
Spent over £500 and nothing received.
Order mid July and still not received.
Can't speak to a human via phone or email.
Extremely poor customer service.
Stolen money from a primary school.

Placed an order on 16th October, received email confirming order on 18th October. Payment was taken but there was no further updates so I contacted on 23rd October asking for an update, I was told I’d receive an update in 2-3 working days but didn’t so I sent a further email and was told it had been passed to a senior colleague and that I’d have an update in 12 hours. Again, I received nothing so over 24 hours later contacted and was told again that it was passed to a senior colleague who would be in touch within 2 working days. 2 working days passed so I sent a further email to have no response at all. Am having to contact my credit card for a refund as getting no response or update or plan from Sensory Education.

My wife and I ordered some rings to attach some toys to our son's pram over a month ago.

These items have not arrived. We do not have a tracking number. And no one will get back to us.

EDIT: To respond to sensory education’s reply — we ordered the Edushape sensory “linkets”. These look like they will attach to the pram, should they ever arrive.

The sensory education page is really easy to explore and has exactly what I’m looking for an asd child.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I ordered an item worth £120 around 6 weeks ago. It was never delivered, is out of stock on their website and I still can’t get a refund. I have emailed and called countless times, but almost all responses are from bots. I just wish I could talk to a human, or get an email back from the last “person” I emailed without waiting several more days as standard with no response, then starting the process all over again. So frustrating and upsetting.

Fab company. Rather than it being overwhelmed with unnecessary plastic toys that end up in the bin in no time, they have an excellent selection of sensory educational toys that look amazing. Very easy to filter through and find some brilliant stuff!

Fast delivery and product was perfect. Excellent quality wooden toy. Would highly recommend

I should have checked with Trustpilot first and read reviews, it seems we are all saying the same things, only 3 out of 4 ordered arrived, no note inside, not replying to emails, having to wait for a refund, I could go on, do not get anything from this site, they are scamming everybody and like one review said, this site is selling items for special needs children, appalling

I received an open package with one of the items I ordered missing. I was told all refunds must be via the online system yet it kept crashing. I emailed to let them know and got no response. Eventually, several days later, it worked and I was told my refund had been approved. A month later and no money has been received. I have emailed many many times to find out what the situation is but no response. I tried calling and get fobbed off with an AI bot and told a real human should call me back in about 3 working days, possibly longer during busy times.

I would highly recommend not ordering through this company. The after care is non existent and they seem reluctant to return money for missing items.

Simple ordering process, looking forward to receiving the lava lamps.

After sending a review on here about my problems getting a refund a very nice person replied to the review and gave me an email to contact to get it resolved. She replied to my email several times and then the last contact I had was saying she would get back to me within 2 days. That was 2 weeks ago! Don't buy from this company. I'm still waiting for a refund from July

Despicable company. With hindsight i wish i had read the reviews on here. Shocking customer service. Only one product arrived out of 6 that were paid for. No answer to most emails and when they do reply it is a wishy washy ‘we will investigate’. This company need to be in crimewatch - deliberately deceiving customers and not sending promised products - they must be breaking numerous laws. The saddest thing is that it is a site for products for children with sensory problems. Absolutely despicable. DO NOT USE this company.
