Exactly what I asked for, very good communication and delivery quick

Great communication. Fast delivery. My girls will love their surprise.

When I received my order it was missing two items for which I have already been charged. I messaged immediately explaining what had happened and they have never responded to me. I have chased with multiple emails and called. Nobody has got back to me. Nobody has refunded the missing items. I cannot get anybody to pay any attention so unfortunately I will now have to raise it with my bank. All unnecessary admin and stress.
Do not recommend ordering from them at all.

Fast delivery and really great products will defo order again

I did order a sensory lamp with fishes for my SEN child and he loves it. Easy to order and set up.
The only think I would say is Evri is not the best in communicating regarding the delivery

Absolutely shocking customer service. I ordered from them a month ago and my order still hasnt been dispatched. Every response take days and the phone number takes you through to a bot! AVOID!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Terrible company, DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. Absolute 0 customer service or response. You cannot get in touch with a human to ask them where the items / delivery is. Endless cycle of automated emails, AI on the telephone number. No one calls back -EVER.
Do not waste your money and find a reputable firm to buy the items from.

I did get my refund on the 21st thank you I was rong to say I hadn’t thank you

Bought as a Christmas present for my grandson, im very sure he will be very happy with them

Awaiting a promised refund for items not delivered in early July 2026. Many, many attempts at contact result in promises of resolution but no refund, and endless identical auto-replies.

I’d prefer to not give any stars at all. My experience seems to mirror that of others in that I received an incomplete order and other items were unsatisfactory. Trying to contact customer services is impossible other than via AI although there is precious little intelligence artificial or otherwise. I am still waiting for a call back when i asked if i could speak to a real person; frustrating is an understatement. So this company still has my payment for goods not delivered and unsatisfactory goods received and i don't know how to get my money back. I shall never use them again.

Lovely little selection for my boys birthday

I purchased something for my son’s 5th birthday almost 2 months in advance, his birthday is next week and I’ve had no helpful replies from the help centre or confirmation if this is being sent or refunded. I need the refund to be able to purchase something elsewhere. Terrible service.

Found the ideal gift and at a very good price

Ordered two toys for my son’s birthday. Only one arrived. Now waiting on customer care getting back to me however I don’t have high hopes of the reviews are anything to go by. Really disappointed. Would not order again and would not recommend
