We have been very impressed by Sebright's help and advice with regard to block management. Sebright enabled us to rapidly repair a leaking roof and also to have communal doors inspected by a qualified Fire Safety officer.

As a resident in a block of flats I must say it’s a great deal to find a managing agent like Sebright .I am highly satisfied with their service provision from any kind of maintenance and communal area cleaning to many others issues with prompt repairs and clear communication throughout the process . Their finance team is very professional and Knowledgeable, always ensuring our service charge contribution is well spent and properly managed . The whole team is professional, approachable, and available to address any concerns we might have .

We have worked with Sebright PM for many years now and always found them to be honest, proactive and professional. We would have no hesitation in recommending them.

A disgusting company, bad manners and tried to get money out of residents when they charging them over what was a council issue. Now demanding a service charge for 6 months when the property was vacated after 2 of these months, so new owners should pay the remaining 4.

Such an unprofessional and poor customer service, absolutely no respect for clients time or money.. Unfortunately Sebright has taken over managing our block of flats since 3 years ago and during all this time everything even the most basic things have gone wrong. They dont attend to any of residents requests and all they seem to care is collecting service charge but choose to ignore your email when residents ask for something.. I have lost count of emails and calls I have made regarding issues like cleaning, carpark, safety etc… but not even a basic acknowledgement let alone to any action… Tom make things even worse they even charge you for services that were never provided!! And ofcourse ignore your email that provides evidence that proves that… Im shocked that companies like them can continue to operate and are not held accountable!
