I have lived in my studio since 2022 and there are many issues with our building and not all able to sort easily. However, since Sebright took over the management, things have improved. Moreover, Abbie Jones, our contact, is brilliant at responding and doing her absolute best to sort issues. I am not sure you can ask for more! Good company and by far the best building management company that has been responsible for Trinity Square in Hounslow, TW3 😊

I would like to say how impressed I have been with the Sebright since they took over our building. It is clear that they genuinely care about providing a good service and making sure residents’ concerns are listened to and dealt with properly.
A special mention has to go to Abbie , who has been absolutely fantastic. She has been extremely helpful, friendly and professional, and has gone out of her way to assist whenever needed. Her communication and willingness to help have made a real difference and are a credit to the management company.

It is still early days, but the improvement is already very noticeable. After the experience we had with the previous management company, it is refreshing to have a team that actually listens, responds and takes action.

A huge thank you to the new management team, and especially to Abbie, for all their hard work so far. The building is clearly heading in a much better direction, and I look forward to seeing the continued improvements. 👌🏽🦾😍

I am extremely impressed with sebright since they took over the running of our building.
In less than a month, they have already made a noticeable and positive difference. They have been professional, responsive, approachable and, most importantly, proactive in dealing with issues and communicating with residents.

The contrast with the previous management company is remarkable. Unfortunately, the previous company was extremely disappointing, with poor communication, a lack of urgency and issues that often seemed to go unresolved
Sebright has shown in a very short period of time that things can be managed properly. Their attention to detail, communication and willingness to address problems promptly have already given residents much more confidence.

It is refreshing to finally feel that our building is being properly looked after. If they continue at this level, I have every confidence that the building will be in excellent hands going forward.

The development in which I own a flat was migrated from Anthem Management last year.
In a relatiovely short period, they have turned around how the development is being managed.
The pervious management ompnay made clear that they couldn't care less about the upkeep of the devlepoment. The property manager has made an excellent start to turning that around.
The contrast is stark. Long may it contiune.
A special manager for Abbie Jones (property manager). She has been proactive is fixing long standing problems, managing new issues, and general managment. But best of all, she is accessible to leaseholders, and it is a pleasure to discuss any issues with her. I get the improession that she not only cares about her job, but actually enjoys it.

I have always found Sebright to be helpful when I have queries on my flat, but am especially grateful to Yvonne French who today expediated an urgent maintenance matter. I had been liaising with another member of the team, but he was out of the office when I called. Yvonne was very helpful in picking up the issue, getting it resolved quickly and also keeping me informed of progress. Thanks – your help was very much appreciated!

It took a bit of back and forth, but once the situation was clear, they prioritised arranging the fire risk assessment for me and kept things moving. Their efforts were genuinely appreciated - the team stepped up at the right moment and helped me get everything over the line. Thank you all

Abbie is approachable, accessible, and responsive. She replies to emails promptly and takes action quickly when issues arise in the building. Communication is clear, and it's reassuring to know that concerns are acknowledged and dealt with efficiently. Her proactive approach and willingness to help are appreciated.

Benn helped us getting our RTM over the line today in one block in Hounslow !

Benn and his team have been a pleasure to work with. Whilst our management side has not started yet I am convinced judging by the way the RTM process was handled we will have absolutely no problem. Obviously like any new building being taken over we ourselves will keep our expectations to a manageable level since Sebright will be taking over a lot of poorly run and controlled services. This takes time to improve.

Sebright have been our management company since 2021. They are extremely professional and have some excellent block managers and assistants who make sure they get the job done. Shout out particularly to Yvonne French. They ensure that all the checks that need to be done on blocks of flats are carried out in a timely manner. Cannot recommend them highly enough.

We had an issue with our flats that was left till the last minute as we were unsure how to proceed. I contacted Alexandra at Sebright. She understood the issue and swung into action, keeping us informed along the way. After several weeks of not knowing what to do, one phonecall to Alexandra and the situation was resolved in 24 hours and all parties informed.
She was calm and organised and easy to talk to. Many thanks to Alexandra at Sebright Property Management.

Having experienced appalling estate management at our development over the last 10 years from a previous set of dishonest and incompetent managers, I am very pleased with the arrival of Abbie from Sebright.

She listens to leaseholders respectfully, is efficient and responsive, and is clearly committed to making the development a great place to live.

The development was not left in the best state by either the developers or the previous management company, so there is understandably a lot of work to be done. However, I have every confidence in Abbie and Sebright to put things in order over time and deliver the improvements residents have been waiting for.

Today another firm contacted them as theyd identified that my personal account had been compromised. Benn phoned me immediately as i was known to him, followed by Alex, their quick action and geniune concern was a hugh relief.
