Good delivery staff very helpful. Not happy with shop staff

Delivered in good time and efficiently carried in and installed.

Two guys were very good. Sofa was assembled very quickly
The only criticism is they did not put overshoes on and we have just got a new carpet- so didn’t appreciate their big boots on the new carpet- I know it was a dry day but they still been on dirty paths/ roads outside

Delivery cost should be shown with price of goods as it’s pricey. Delivery experience very good on the day, efficient and telephoned prior to delivering, which was helpful as the tracking was showing much later times

every single member of staff i dealt with was amazing, super helpful and so polite. We ordered from the York branch and Rob was super knowledgable about what the company was selling. We ended up coming back and puchasing from another gentleman a couple days later, he was great at explaining the fiance options. the prodtuction was only a month, crazy fast for a custom sofa, and despite admittedly picking a sofa maybe a lil too big for our house, the two deliervy guys got it in without complaint, they were amazing. overall, just 10/10, everything was smooth and everyone knew exactly what they were doing

Very helpful and not pushy

From walking in the door, no-one jumped straight on to you (unlike some other shops close by). Instead we were left to wander around and being greeted warmly. Wayne, quietly explained, whilst we were looking around, what the different labels meant on the different sofas so that we knew that certain sofas were available in different materials, colours or different sizes. When we found a sofa we were interested in, Wayne asked if we wanted to go through options to what was available. He was never pushy and explained everything very clearly, whilst having a sense of humour too. We concluded our purchase without fuss. I was very happy with the whole buying and browsing process. Can’t wait to receive my purchases now.

We visited the store at Clifton Moor York. Our first point of contact was Lee who explained how the store worked and left us to browse knowing we could ask him for help with anything we needed. We'd visited all the sofa shops at Clifton but found the quality and choices at Poltrone to be far superior. After browsing and asking Lee lots of questions (he was absolutely brilliant by the way). He expertly guided us through the options before we purchased our new sofa and chair. What a truly pleasant experience made even better by an outstanding sales representative.

After my third visit of searching for a sofa (and second visit to the York store), I was unsure what I was looking for. Thankfully, the assistant Lee, was on hand to help guide us through the different options. Lee listened and didn't push or over promote. It was only because he identified the large Crostolo 3 sofa as being in the clearance sale that we realised it was in clearance. After he explained it's price, we realised what a huge saving we would be making if be bought it. Lee gave us time on our own to discuss our thoughts, however, we knew it'd be the one for us. We're very grateful for his help!
