Excellent delivery and the team were very helpful. However I did not receive the fabric care pack. Care Team have been in touch and they are sending elite fabric care pack.

due to ill health we knew exactly what was required,
recliner(s),corner unit etc., staff member Scott went the extra mile to help choose fabrics etc., we finally
plumped for the Ainsdale sofa with two recliners.

The process was explained from start to finish, very informative and explained the process from selection of the sofa to the expected time and day of delivery.

Great shopping experience. Jason was brilliant. Took the time to let us pick material even taking us to another sofa which was in same colour. Great sales from him. Sofa bed ordered. Takes up to 8 weeks. So far no issues. All goes well. Will return to purchase a full sofa from them

This was my second visit to the Uddingston store and was warmly greeted by the same lady who spoke to us a few months previously. She remembered us and knew exactly what I had look at and wanted.
She was extremely friendly and knowledgeable and certain asset to your store

Sandra who assisted us was very friendly and helpful .Her knowledge on suites was exceptional .

Jason was very helpful and explained and let us see the various materials and leather that were available. He then offered us a drink and gave us time to take a look around the showroom and we saw a couple we were interested in and he completed everything for us. I will recommend him and your company to family and friends

She went through the numerous furniture options available and fabrics and any discounts. Efficient, helpful, unobtrusive and very pleasant.

The staff member who helped me was exceptional with his advice and attention the only downside was the unexpected delivery date which is almost three months which I feel is far too long to wait for the sofa I have ordered I would have a further two sofas if the time was more acceptable

Staff were really helpful

The first delivery date got cancelled, I then waited weeks for the next date, the 2 men arrived and could not get it in my house, I got another date the next week and the same men turned up and couldn’t get it in my house again, then another week different men arrived and got my sofa in, I had to take 4 holidays off work to be in for the delivery. I got charged for gliders that never got delivered, I got charged for the warranty that I didn’t want, I’m still waiting for these to be refunded, I wish I had went to a different and bought my sofa
