Very happy with service from start to finish guy who sold us sofa was lovely and very professional deleted my email by mistake went back to shop got same guy who sent me email again not a bother for him also delivery great from start to finish txt to say when delivery was and step by step updated and guys who delivered sofa were very friendly and professional and didn't takeomg atall to set up overall very happy will all service aspects and love my new sofa and hope dnt have issues along the way and have it for few years yo come very satisfied customer 😀

I was kept up to date the day before and all the way to delivery. The delivery guy we're great, they talked through everything, took before/after pictures to in sure not damage was done to my house.

Ian, our sales representative was so helpful and very kind throughout the whole process. The team are all very friendly. Ian helped us pick the right colour and answered all the questions we had. Overall great experience!

Hi went in for a look and finished up buying a sofa thanks to the fantastic help from Sandra at uddingston showroom absolutely brilliant first class she was fantastic helpful and and gave us loads of help picking the right one and the colour was stop on thanks again for everything Sandra from Mrs Farquhar.

My wife and I visited Uddingston store on 17th July 2026 and after a look around spoke with Sales Person Jason.
He was civil polite and as a result we purchased 2 sofas. No pressure at all.
Store is bright and airy. Great

Great delivery phoned to let me know delivery time . Guys very professional polite asked me where I wanted suite. Checked all was ok and tested recliners before they left to make sure all was ok. Took all packaging away left everything spotless. Well done. X

My suite arrived in a very poor finish with not one piece completed have filled in the complaint app and wait to hear your responds other than my concerns the suite itself is lovely

The time window we were given was exactly within that 30 minutes, the men who delivered suite were brilliant as we have alot of stairs to front door,they set the suite up beautifully took all the rubbish away, top,top job!
