The delivery staff gave regular updates re the time of delivery by text and by phone calls. On arrival they were quick and efficient in setting up the sofa with due care for our property and the product. No issues with delivery at all. Only comment on overall experience is that 3 months from purchase to delivery seems excessive.

Great sofa. Kept up to date on delivery before and during on delivery day. Men were friendly and set up sofa where I wanted it.

No pressure selling, sales person answered all our questions, all in all a very pleasurable experience.. don’t think I would need to look anywhere else in the future ..

Nigel and the team made us feel welcome as soon we entered the store.
There was no ‘salesman’ pressure to purchase anything, we simply were left on our own to wander around the store at our leisure.
Once we decided on the suite we wanted Nigel explained everything very thoroughly regarding the cost, delivery dates etc.
Even after going through everything there was still no pressure to buy to suite we had chosen.
In summary the whole store team made us feel welcome and there was no pressure to buy anything, other stores should take this approach.

When visiting the poltrones sofa store me and my husband were greeted by very friendly staff we were looking for a leather suite and i can honestly say we were spoilt for choice not only in style of the suite but any colour of our choice there were so many to choose from the staff member gurnam was very helpfull to us and helped us to choose the perfect suite we were looking for nothing was too much trouble to him we are so delighted we choose this store if looking for a suite i would highly recommend

Good customer service suite is excellent quality the only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because there are some rods missing and won't see a technician for another 3 weeks

The main reason we purchased our chairs from this store is because of the lovely staff member that looked after us. We purchased a sofa and 2 chairs paid the upgrade for better fabric and the insurance when it was delivered you could see the cushions on the chairs hadn’t been sewn properly so I phoned the company and they came out and ordered me two new cushions a few months later the cushions on the sofa are the same I went to the shop and was told to upload pictures on line I received an email back telling me there was nothing wrong with it I hadn’t looked after it properly how can they say that when there is only myself and my husband live here so I went to the shop spoke to the manager he said they are pooling and sent them an email all I wanted was them to replace the cushions Im applaud the way I’ve been treat buying the addition insurance is a waste of money I would not go back to Scs and defenatly wouldn’t pay for any extras because the way I’ve been treat and why buy insurance when they won’t honour the policy

Just as I entered the Portrack Lane store I was approached by Rob. He intruduced himself asking if I needed any help and allowed me to view sofas at my leisure. He approached a number of times to offer assistance and asked if I would like some water. This was greatly accepted. He guided me to the lift and ran upstairs ready to open the lift door for me. Again I wondered around. He popped along when I was testing out some sofas and told me about the different price tickets attached to the sofas. When I found one that I was interested in he offered to show me how it worked. After demonstration I decided that this was the sofa for me. We agreed upon a possible delivery date which will be confirmed soon. Rob filled out paperwork then met me downstairs at lift door and guided me over to payment machine. Once completed he thanked me for purchasing and invited me to call back in anytime I was passing. At front door we shucks hands. Overall experience wonderful. Old fashioned courtesy. Really appreciated.
