we were made to feel very welcome.The branch manager looked after us ,he was very nice but did not always listen to us and at the end of the sale he made a mistake on which sofa we wanted.We found him to be over powering and at one polnt we nearly left without buying.

The staff are forced to sell care packages to a point where they sound so pushy I wanted to leave. Please allow people to puchase sofas without making them feel uncomfortable with pushy sales for commision.

We had a excellent experience with Minash at the Stevenage branch he was helpful and went through everything in great detail .

The delivery service was first class. The delivery guys were excellent. They were careful with the sofa.

We had a very successful visit to the Stevenage branch. We were greeted by Amy. Amy was polite knowledgeable sufficiently witty enough once she had established a relationship with us. Amy dealt with all our questions and worries of colour in different lights allowing us to make the right choices for our lounge

We had a very pleasant experience in buying our new sofa. We went in specifically for a sofa bed and Abzs defiantly delivered a great service and got us what we needed.

Was told £129 delivery charge would be deleted off the price once authorised but when I got the paperwork sent through on an email it was not showing the reduction and no verification of this was on the final figure.

Abz at Stevenage was very helpful in helping us choose which sofa's would be right for us. Only thing i would really have liked though is a swatch of the leather colour we have ordered as hard to remember the exact colour for decorating purposes.

From walking into the shop the customer service went received was amazing would definitely recommend to other shoppers

And a big mention to the lady that served she was so helpful and made picking a new sofa and chairs a pleasant experience

I found the store well laid out and nicely presented with room to walk around with ease. The staff were friendly and helpful with lots of advice on the furniture to help us choose and pet friendly material. The service we received was 10/10 I cannot fault the staff. One staff member that dealt with us was Amy who was helpful from start to finish.

No paperwork supplied to us the customer. Not everyone is happy with “online “ information. Please supply us a complete paperwork for our transaction.

Our delivery crew were outstanding. They contacted us before arrival, they were polite, efficient and informed us exactly what they were doing.
Our furniture was assembled without any problems and they answered patiently any questions we had.
Our delivery could not have been any better.

The order was taken incorrectly, so I received the wrong colour and material. The shop said it was not their fault; we should have checked the order details at the point of sale, as stated in their terms and conditions. We were told by the complaints dept it was down to the store to put it right, but the store manager would not replace it due to us signing the order on the day of purchase. How would we know the code and name of the material we asked for was correct when we only saw the swatch we chose?We are still awaiting the store to contact us as requested by the complaints team,who told us they asked the manager to telephone us.This company is a rip off
