Very friendly staff member by the name of Abz. He was also very helpful. Good experience.

When we finally got the sofa and armchairs they are beautiful.
Just a shame the customer service was very poor .
The order was placed as two orders so it arrived at the warehouse on two different weeks.
The website didn't update till the day of delivery which was cancelled the first time with a very poor text message.
No update on the time slot on the delivery day which was three hours late.
During the process we made many trips to the store and phone calls which if kept updated this wouldn't have been necessary. Not the best experience.

Very helpful staff and service. Immediately greeted warmly when we entered and considering various options, they assisted us throughout.

I enjoyed looking at the sofas in the stores and it was a great experience.

When we ordered our sofas we later realised it would be very tight having them both. We returned the next day and once we explained our situation they really helped us find what would work. Now we are just waiting for our sofas and hopefully will be happy with what we’ve ordered.

The salesman was very helpful, knew his subject, unusual considering the other places we had visited. Went in for a chair came out with two sofas to go with it. They are a good quality, very comfortable with an impressive finish.

The staff in store, on the phone and delivery men where all great . And im so happy with my new sofa and chair.

Initially Muddassar was the first person we met who helped us out massively with furniture choices and sizes, we went away to measure up and then returned,unfortunately it was Mudassars day off, this is where we met Abz who managed to carry on where we left off. All in all a very good experience

Alex & Jac were the most friendliest, lovely delivery guys ever, could not fault them atall, they deserve a raise 100%, they bought the sofa in with ease after unpacking it outside and set it up without any issues, myself and my mum were so happy with Alex & Jac and the sofa, thank you so much

Brilliant the team was amazing in helping pick out our sofa and was brilliant at rearranging a few things for us the delivery team was excellent put the sofa together for us exactly where we wanted it would defently recommend to others im loving my new sofa so much and I love the range of colours they have
