Your member of staff. What a wonderful welcome we received from Diane, she was bubbly, cheerful and very helpful. She demonstrated the mechanics of the sofa bed for us, went through pricing and requirements patiently and didn't push us when we said we needed to think about it as it was very expensive (£1,000 over the budget we had set) When we returned two weeks later she greeted us like friends, coo's over the baby, made us coffee and happily went through all the details again before completing the sale.

Everyone was very friendly & after being greeted at the door where everything was explained we were then left to look at everything until we were ready.

The delivery service and 2 gents who made the delivery were all excellent. Kept informed about delivery time, sofas iwell packaged, nstalled to my complete satisfaction, and all packaging taken away. I cannot fault anything.

From buying to delivery, the whole experience was fantastic. In store, the experience of choosing a sofa was fun and easy. So much choice and very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Communication about delivery was great before hand and on the day. It's a gorgeous sofa!

Delivery team were quick & efficient

You have ordered and delivered the incorrect product. I went to the store and was informed someone will be out to speak to me and instead have received an email asking me for pictures I am unable to take as I am in my 70s and can't be lifting and moving a heavy chair around. I want the chair I ordered. This is not my fault it is the fault of your sales person and it needs to be rectified ASAP.

We r very pleased with the service, the guys arrived at estimate times, they polite and placed our furniture together efficiently, our new sofas is very comfortable.

Ordered my sofa and footstool in December 2025. Was told delivery would be March 2026. Sofa was actually delivered early, in February 2026 but the footstool they sent was incorrect. Cue three months of back and forth between myself, the store, and the warehouse while they tried and repeatedly failed to give me a delivery date for the correct footstool. When I got tired of the whole mess I asked to cancel the footstool only to be told I was unable to as the collection of the incorrect footstool triggered the replacement as a new order. Finally received the correct footstool in May 2026. The process is deeply flawed and their communication is atrocious - I was told one thing by the delivery team, something else by the people I spoke to over the phone and then something completely different by the staff in store. The only reason I have given two stars is because the two team members I had interaction with in the store were very apologetic and tried to be as helpful as possible, and the quality of the sofa is very good. I would not recommend this company to anyone and will go back to using DFS when I order any sofas in future. I used DFS for decades and never had a single issue with them.

I disliked the delivery/setting up of the sofa. The crew were rushing and not attentive.

Very polite and helpful

I was given a date for delivery of 3 piece suite and was duly contacted with a rough time slot the day before. On the morning of delivery I was contacted by the delivery crew giving me an accurate eta and a link to track them. They arrived when they said they would and the suite was offloaded, unpacked and assembled in situ. The whole experience was highly commendable and my thanks go to the two man crew for their excellent customer service throughout. A very professional and efficient delivery.

We received our furniture in good condition. It was delivered in good time. The delivery men were very helpful. and very courteous. And they but it all together and even helped with some bits that needed moving to get the settee down the stairs.cannot fault the delivery man at.they were first class. Many thanks to all those involved.
