The sales and delivery were excellent however the furniture has some floors in the stitching which needs to be resolved , the furniture was delivered on 10/7 and have tried to advise customer care which is closed until 13/7 hence reporting the problem with my review.

Very pleased with the news sofa and the two lads that delivered it were great the only downside was having to wait three months for delivery

Friendly and knit staff at the store - Fair price for the sofa with an added bonus of free delivery - good communication from delivery team giving a 1 hour time slot and real time tracking - delivery guys were friendly and the sofa was delivered and assembled quickly and efficiently

The delivery was great after the first delivery date was cancelled with little notice and a vague reason however the two delivery men were excellent took care bring the settees in and assembled them with care

I was kept well updated of the delivery date and time. The men who delivered my swivel chair, were lovely and put my chair together taking care. My chair is exactly as I expected, and I’m very happy with it.

The whole experience from the store to delivery was generally very good.
They gave us a rough date of delivery and then they contacted us with a confirmed date close to delivery.
The delivery team contacted us and gave us a time and delivered within their timescale, which was very good. My only bad point was the delivery team weren't a very happy crew, and not very talkative. Yes they delivered and assembled the suite, but there customer facing skills need to be upgraded.

No pressure and we were treated very well. Scott was really helpful and knowledgeable.

Knowledgeable and welcoming- Jamie was helpful in taking time to listen to what we were looking for and showing a range of styles and options without rushing.

It would be helpful to take samples of the colours home to test in home environments- just hope the colour will be ok as once ordered there is no opportunity to change or cancel after the initial 48 hours from ordering.

We were greeted by Jamie at hedge end store. He was brilliantly attentive and very knowledgeable. He stayed with us and helped us decide what was best for my back issues and shortness.
He is a great salesman who understands the need to treat customers how they want to be treated and I very much enjoyed the experience. I knew I would buy a sofa the minute he greeted us. A salesman that’s worth his weight in gold.

Well made suite and very comfortable. Hassle free service throughout. The in store staff were friendly and helpful. The delivery guys were superb.

We had talked about changing our three piece suite and just dropped into SCS to browse what might be a suitable replacement. We looked at a leather settee and talked to the salesman John about it. It seemed that we could do a swop on an interest frre credit agreement over 4 years at less than £80 per month so we decided to go ahead with this.

Your delivery men were very pleasent and frendly consideration for the property the base was in first were the legs were put on and pads then second staff member delivered the back all was fitted no problem then phits tsken of place put in and we were happy with the delivery experience

Very pleased with service from start to delivery. Communication excellent. Delivery team were extremely helpful , cleerabee did not collect old furniture on stated day and team moved old out and covered it for us ready for collection. Thankyou!

Process explained so it easy to follow with good service

The salesman was superb (James - I think was his name) Friendly, knowledgeable and gave us time. We bought two sofas.

The two guys were grumpy and rude. They were annoyed that they had to take the sofa round the back to get it in the house. They were careless and rushed opening the packaging. He was opening it so fast I thought he was going to cut into the sofa! The other guy then brought another sofa into the house. They thought I had ordered two. They then had to take the second sofa out again. Very grumpy, rude and no communication from them the whole time they were here.

We were left to wonder and look around on our own for a while ( which is always good) but we were aware that someone was there to help if needed. We were then approached by Karen, a lovely lady and she was such a great help. Explained everything and suggested different things while also allowing us to make our own decisions. Great store at hedge end, good staff.
