The guy that helped us was very helpful in showing us colour samples of materials that were hard wearing , but decided to stay with material we saw , also ordered a footstool from different range in same colour

A good and varied selection of sofas. Very helpful and professional staff including Dominic and Graham.

Over all I am happy with the sofa I have purchased, like the quality of the leather and happy with price, service and delivery.
My only disappointment is that 5 months on I am still waiting for the leather cleaning package I purchased at the same time. Despite numerous calls to the local shop and customer services I am still waiting for this team.

From the moment we walked in we was greeted respectfully by the sales team but then left to our own devices to look around until we found what we liked & had questions to ask. The sales person answered our questions with complete confidence & knowledge & wasn’t pushy to make a sale he made us feel at ease. The whole experience in store was a delightful one & credit to the sales team for their professionalism.

Staffs are not professional. They sent me text that product will be delivered between 14:55pm-15:15pm. But they came at 19:32pm. And finally a screw whole is missing in the sofa's leg. Unfinished work.

Ordered a sofa 31/08/25 for pre Christmas delivery, rang SCS 05/12/25 and told they do not update customers until they have information, SCS rang me to say transport issue so they would ring when more info available, when placing order I said I do not want to be contacted by text, 15/12/25 received text saying delivery has been rescheduled for 29/12/25, this is not pre xmas delivery, they asked if I could not make 29 then ring them and rearrange. SCS have not m3et the contract we hade e3ntered into I rang and requested full refund as they have not met the legal requirement reference this order, I am 73 year old dissabled pensioner and SCS act like they can walk all over me, I am happy to see them in court and let a Judge decide if they have met the contractual agreement we entered into.

Exceptional delivery guys! Very efficient and polite! In and out of our property within 15 minutes after setting up our two sofas, removing all coverings and rubbish. They actually said it was the easiest delivery they’d had all day, easy access, etc😍 couldn’t fault anything! From viewing sofas to order (August) and delivery (November) ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I did have to contact customer services to ask about delivery as not much contact between order and delivery dates but we’re extremely happy with our new sofas! Thank You.
