The delivery guys were very good they informed he when they were half an hour away. The bought in our sofas and assembled them
With care. The only thing is that the ottoman was missing and the delivery guys had no idea why. I had to call customer services and after some time it was established that this was not uet in stock and so not loaded for delivery. I wish we had been informed of this as it caused some unnecessary stress and worry.

In store attention was very good and the product, when it arrived is excellent.
Order lead time leaves something to be desired, 3/4 months but before it arrived we were kept well informed

Everything from the choosing of the sofa (very difficult because of so much choice) to the delivery by 2 incredibly fast and helpful boys, was exemplary - I can highly recommend this company and the sofa is perfect. Sat and watched a film last night without wriggling once. Thank you so much

The delivery arrived as normal and the drivers were bought in and assembled the furniture. I was there but did not realise that the sofa's were ordered had a grey beading around the arm rests. As soon as my wife saw the sofa she said they are not what we ordered as it did not have the grey beading. I then sent a text message to the number that informed us of the delivery but did not get a response. We then went into the store and saw the sofa we ordered was still in stock and we told the person who had served us that we got the wrong sofa. he checke the system and said we got what we ordered. We told him we did not and he told us to contact head office. We contacted head office and sent them photos of the sofa's but did not get any response. I then called them and they said we got the sofa's we ordered and we need to go back to the store. So we went back to the store and as the manager was not there, I was told he would call us. I then got a call from the deputy manager and explained everything to him and he said that if one is sitting on a sofa that we liked then that is what we should have got. However he said he could not make a decision and it had to be the general manager. We discussed this with the general manager who refused to entertain us. He said we must have changed our mind and I said we sent a text to the company number about an hour hour after they left. My wife and I then went to the showroom and met him but he was quite rude and just would not discuss the issue. My wife said we were sitting on that sofa and ordered that one. Not one that had black beading. He said he the assistant who served us has been with them a long time and would not have ordered something that we did not ask him to. He just kept say we had changed our mind and that is why were are complaining. I told him again that as we were sitting on that sofa, then that is the one we ordered but he just would not listed. I also mentioned to him and showed him the photos of the arm rests where the leather was very look but he said we had to deal with head office for that.
