Kane at the Drakehouse store was an absolute pleasure and very knowledgeable. Couldn't have been happier with the service.

Great service in the store , fast efficient and pleasant manner from all staff , delivery was a little longer than expected but we was told that this may be the case in store . We was updated at regular intervals has we approached delivery date, delivery guys rang us around half hour before delivery and they was almost spot on , 2 great lads very polite assessed both doorways into the house and chose conservatory doors , they both worked as a team and soon had our sofa's ready to sit on , guys were efficient ient and polite throughout.

From the SCS showroom service at Drakehouse, Sheffield, and the help and information given there by the sales people to the time taken to deliver all was excellent. Really helpful and friendly delivery guys and did a good job 👍
Communication was great all the way through and they arrived on time.
Only criticism would be that shoe covers may be a good idea as they left some mud on the carpet - hence 4 not 5 stars given.

Fantastic, are new suite has arrived well within the time scale, the two gentleman were very polite, assembled my suite in a couple of minutes, making sure all the parts are assemble right and all mechanical parts are working and functioning. Thank you so much ScS

From our first trip into store we were impressed with Ryan’s incredible customer service, he was friendly, warm and incredibly knowledgeable, making sure we got exactly what we wanted and making it such an easy process. The great customer service continued through to a seamless delivery with great communication. As promised we received a message the day before with a time slot and then a more accurate time slot the morning of delivery, the drivers (David & Steven) called to let us know they were on the way. They were extremely efficient and friendly having our sofa unpacked and put together within 10 minutes. They were careful not to damage anything within our house and double checked we were happy with everything before leaving. Great service, very happy! Thank you

Very helpful staff in store

We ordered the 3 seater, 2 seater and a chair, they were all scheduled to arrive on 3/11/25. The delivery driver arrived with the 3 seater. When asked, he said he only had the 3 seater. He rang up to check with someone, then he bought in the 2 seater. I then enquired about the sofa, he wasnt sure where the sofa was. After calling the store and waiting for a new delivery, the chair was delivered on 12/11/25, it would have been nice to get it all together as promised, we had to delay putting the carpets until they had all arrived.

Starting from the store, Sheffield Drake house, the sales man Dan was brilliant...he went through everything with me, I found the sofa, spent a fair amount, that part was brilliant.

However, there customer service are disgusting and completely unprofessional and they let the whole thing down, they have lied over and over (Dana and team) they didn't tell me it was been delivered, they didn't come back to me, when Ive called for an explanation, they have tried to fob me off, it I could get my money back I would never have gone to SCS., the team in the service centre show no understanding of the words they use, the promises they make, not do they care, overall I am lowering my rating because of this.

Yes SCS have replied, but what they haven't stated is there manager who advised of a call back and an investigation, didn't do either, they informed me that money lost won't be paid back, although they don't tell you, that they failed to contact me back 3 times, I didn't get details of the delivery until 4 days before. They're website still says my sofa is being prepared, even after the sofa been delivered to my home... They also forget to mention that there staff are very rude, they show no understanding, no professional service... I will never buy from scs again, and I would advise anyone else to shop somewhere better.

Very efficient delivery men arrived, set it up and then put it in the place I wanted it, advised about where to put because it’s a reclining sofa.
