I had a fantastic shopping experience at SCS. The gentleman who helped me, Lee, was excellent. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and took the time to explain everything I wanted to know. After seeing your TV advert we decided to visit your showroom which is very impressive with a lovely welcome by a member of staff who was very informative of all the furniture in the store. This lady was not pushy at all but advised us on all materials and leather and listened to what we were looking for she explained everything very well including all the aftercare.

A warm friendly welcome "Ciao Poltrona" how can I help you. We were then shown a variety of sofas to suit our needs, no rushing, no pressure, altogether a stress free experience. Everything was explained in detail and all our questions answered clearly. Chloe was knowledgeable and looked after us whilst in store.

The material under the sofa was ripped where they store the legs for the sofa.
The delivery guy knew this but had to be prompted by us to ask what was up with it.
He never told us to speak to Poltronsofa. We have since emailed them and are awaiting for a response

Great quality products. A vast array of colour and fabrics to choose from. Knowledgeable and helpful staff.

Not pushed to buy. We knew what we wanted and they just guided us through the choice of fabric and the purchase. Really chatty staff and personable .

Choice of sofas,different colours and fabrics excellent.
Chloe who we dealt with in store was very friendly,polite and informative.
The only downside for us is that your company doesn’t have the inclusion of an option to remove the old sofas.
(The store was at Drakehouse retail park.Sheffield South Yorkshire.)

Two fantastic hardworking lads, Ray and Joe? Set up the sofa efficiently. They used a rug to prevent scratches . They were polite, quick and helpful. They phoned me before they arrived.

Kane welcomed us into the Sheffield Drakehouse store and explained what the tabs represented, he then let us look around and shop as we weren't even sure we were there to buy.
We spotted a lovely sofa in exactly the colour we wanted and Kane spotted us and showed us all around it.
We decided to buy and Kane then took us through the process nice and easily.
Really happy with the process, Kane was great and the store was a lovely temperature during this heat.
