Will was very helpful. We went one week and he gave us information and we slept on it and went back a week later. Will gave us all the details of our order explained everything and we were very happy.

Brilliant choice of mix n match furniture and fabrics. Steven was brilliant showing us around…
Steven was brilliant showing us around and informing us of all the different fabrics that could be used for certain labelled pieces of furniture. This led to us buying Luga sofa and mixing up with a swivel chair and tub chair in matching leather, so it still looks like a matching suite. Thank you Steven

Great Delivery Service.
Kept well informed as to the delivery day and also the delivery time nearer to the date with a time slot given on the day. Drivers phoned beforehand to confirm the expected delivery slot and arrived within that slot. The 2 delivery guys, Colin and James, set up my sofa and chair and tested everything was working OK before explaining their operations to me.
They were friendly, efficient and took all the packaging away with them. Very happy with the service and suite.

It is noted that you raised concerns regarding the configuration of your sofa however after checking the delivery report, against your original order document, it has been found that the goods are correct and match what was ordered.

Some work needs doing on customer…
Some work needs doing on customer service information... we weren't told about hidden costs which we later discovered and then had to ask for them to be removed... we were also not given the sale price or discount which I find incredulous.... considering we were spending a lot of money... we asked but was told its more than my jobs worth... there needs to be more flexibility for some discount... poor experience...

Staff ( Natalie and Manager)made us feel very welcoming and asked what we were looking for. Showed us around the store, found what we were looking for sat us down and went through everything including the price, delivery and maintenance. We were very happy and paid.
