The delivery of my item was handled in a professional manner. It was assemble completely and all packing taken away.

From the moment we stepped into the Giltbrook store Jamie was welcoming and friendly. As we wandered round the store he was on hand to give info and advice about the different sofas but not in a pushy way we were still able to look round on our own. Once we'd found a sofa we really liked Jamie was very knowledgeable about how it could be put together in different sections and the styles, colours, fabrics available. The whole looking, deciding, ordering process was made easy by his friendly and knowledgeable manner. A pleasure to deal with.

The staff in the SCS shop at Giltbrook were very helpful and informative when I visited and selected the two chairs .They advised that there was a three month lead time
The chairs arrived yesterday . I was provided a broad time of delivery the night before and then this was narrowed down the next day .Delivery was stated to be witin an hour window I was called as the delivery was on its way
Delivery guys were very polite , efficient .Set up the chairs took away the packaging

Well informed of when my delivery was taking place, the delivery men were very pleasant despite the working in the heat and were really efficient is putting it in place and really pleased with the look and quality of our new sofas and chair.

The crew and service absolutely brilliant

Really impressed with the service from visiting the showroom to delivery. Received notification around a week prior asking if the date was convenient and options to change if needed. I was given a delivery slot the day before. The tracking service link worked perfectly to check progress. I also received a personal call from the crew to say they were on track. Dean and James were brilliant on the day nothing was too much for them so professional. Not to mention my lovely new sofas well done Poltronesofas cannot recommend enough 🤩

Dislike: over eager sales people that follow you around & don't allow you to be left in peace to browse : it was very off putting. Also delivery times around 3 months which is inconvenient

Found just what we were looking for. Staff were very helpful and didn't pressurise us into something we didn't want.

Purchased a two seater sofa during promotional offer event staff in store were very helpful and informative.
Original delivery date was improved by 2 weeks and prior to delivery we were kept well informed as to the expected time of arrival by the delivery team. Who quickly and efficiently assembled and sited the sofa in our living room to our satisfaction.

Great sales staff, easy to communicate with. All documents and payments online so very convenient. Delivery day, kept well informed able to track vehicle. Unloaded, built and gone within twenty minutes no problems.

I was greeted as I walked into the store, I explained I didn't have a clue what I wanted, I was left to browse the furniture at my leisure (without being hounded), once I found a sofa I liked, Aaron did an amazing job explaining all of the different features included, ranging from the reclining seats, phone charging ports and the surround sound that comes with the sofa that I purchased, the furniture is reasonably priced compared to different stores I visited at giltbrook retail park, all of the staff I spoke to were very professional and friendly, I recommend going to this store.
