I expected the delivery on Saturday but because of a breakdown with the delivery vehicle this was changed to Monday via a telephone call and the delivery was made before the advised time on Monday - the crew were very professional and helpful

We were greated warmly by the staff on entering the store. One member actually remembered us visiting the store from the previous week. My purchase was made easy by by the member of staff explaining everything very well( Joseph I think, Nottingham Giltbrook store).

When we walked in the store we wasn't bombarded with sales assistants which was a pleasant surprise. They were helpfull,polite & wasn't badgered into a sale & would recommend you to friends & family.

Jamil was fantastic in understanding our wants for the perfect sofa and taking us straight to a display model. He was enthusiastic and knowledge, very helpful and overall a credit to the store.

Paul was very good he showed us different chairs we could put with the three seater sofa. We had looked at the sofa on three separate occasions and kept coming back to the same one. He went into the different sizes giving us the width and height so we knew what size we were looking at. Following all his input we ordered our suite.

Warm welcome, friendly service, no pushing for a sale, open, honest and transparent sales process. Joe who served us was so helpful and supportive through out the process.

We were greeted at the store by Liam who was polite, friendly and very knowledgeable. He explained how the process worked with no high pressure sales techniques. We informed him of our criteria and he was able to direct us to several sofas and after a good test we found the perfect one. A very pleasant experience.

Joe was lovely and really helpful in describing the features of each piece we were interested in. He didn’t hassle or chase but was there to answer questions about fabrics to suit our requirements. Great styles to choose from too. My brother purchased his sofas from you and is very happy with them.

The help we got from Connor explaining about all the materials the sofa was made of. He went above and beyond making sure we was happy with what we chose. He made us feel relaxed no pressure selling

Jamil was outstanding.

From the moment we walked into the store we were made to feel welcomed. The first thing that hit me was the air freshener being pumped through the air con, it was beautiful. No pushy salesmen, we were left to look around at our own leisure. When we did need some help and advice Connor was there with his knowledge and guidance. With so much choice in fabrics and colours we were struggling to make a decision but eventually we were able to decide. Cannot fault the service and choice of fabrics and furniture. We can't wait for it to arrive.
